On our recent visit, we decided to explore beyond our usual order. While the other dishes were decent, none quite lived up to the unbeatable comfort and authenticity of their kulcha chole.
Its a must try if you are visiting this restaurant.
The shahi paneer was very rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Perfectly cooked and paired so well with the naan. I also loved the mango shakeee!! Yumm Not overly sweet, just really refreshing and satisfying.
Despite how packed it was, the staff stayed kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Everyone was greeted with a smile, and there was this comforting, family-like energy in the way they interacted. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional—it felt like being taken care of.
Definitely worth the wait, and highly recommended for anyone looking for flavorful food and a welcoming vibe.
Ps. Personal opinion. If you want something light, sweet, and like a mango-creamsicle in a glass, choose the Mango Milkshake. If you’re looking for something more heavier and rich in the mango taste, I recommend the Mango Lassi which is also refreshing.
If you are a resident or are visiting New Jersey near this area, give it a try.
Definitely a 10/10. Would recommend again.
Yes, there might be a 5-10 minute wait for your food, but that’s only because they prepare everything fresh, and trust me, it’s worth every minute. This restaurant easily makes my top 5 best food list.
And a special mention to the owner — an amazing, extremely friendly guy who makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Don’t forget to try their mango lassi! Unlike other places that use canned mango and too much sugar, they make it the authentic way, and it’s simply delicious.
Highly recommend!
Food Quality:
The food here is absolutely outstanding! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The presentation was also top-notch—each plate looked like it came from a fine dining kitchen.
Service Timeliness:
We were pleasantly surprised by how prompt everything was. From being seated quickly to getting our orders taken and receiving our food—all without any long waits. Even during the busy dinner rush, the staff kept things moving smoothly and efficiently without compromising on quality.
Staff & Hospitality:
The service was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. They also checked in just the right amount—not too often, not too little. You can tell the team is well-trained and takes pride in their work.
Atmosphere & Cleanliness:
The ambiance is warm, welcoming, and perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The interior is tastefully decorated, and everything from the tables to the restrooms was spotless.
Overall Recommendation:
This restaurant is a gem! Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a satisfying meal with excellent service, this place delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
From what we ordered,
The Very Good:
Paneer Makhni – Flavored to remember
Amritsari Kulcha – Super soft and tasty
The Average:
Veg Samosa – Good Imli ki chutney.
Dal Makhni – Very average regular taste like dal, nothing close to Makhni
Naan, Raita
The Very Bad:
Malai Kofta – The gravy with “hard” kofta balls was heavily influenced by Mustard seeds and curry leaves. Never seen these in a Malai Kofta.
Free Parking Lot.
