We ordered bagel and biscuits&gravy.
Bagel was good. Eggs from other dish were just not eatable. We thought they were made from powder, weird plasticky texture. We ask for replacement with two fried eggs. Nice place, outdoor and has a stage.

Moe’s never misses! Their drinks and food are phenomenal, and I especially love this location, with its mountain-town feel and log inside. I also had a great time doing some cute pictures here awhile back, all in all I highly recommend!

Great location and setup. Terrible food. Worst breakfast sandwich I’ve had in years. Horrible biscuit and gravy. Somehow the breakfast potatoes were cold and overcooked at the same time. Also, the potato seasoning was bizarre. The iced latte was decent/mid. Way too expensive also. I suspect they actually don’t have a true kitchen in the back things seemed microwaved and premade. Oh, they also threw in a free cookie and it was stale. Servers seemed rushed, but passably kind. Judging by the other reviews of this place people will eat anything and give it a five star. I’m kind of astounded by people‘s low bar for food quality.

The breakfasts they serve are very good, and their coffee is too. It’s a spacious place with seating areas inside and outside. You can bring your pet. The place is clean, and so are the bathrooms. The staff are very friendly.

Stunning views all around this quaint little cafe. I absolutely loved their sourdough sandwich and cider. Its a pleasant surprise right at the center of Darrington.

We only had icecream here. We all loved the flavors we chose. Such a cute and well thought out environment. The outside dining area was unique. Plus, the restrooms were very clean. Fire pit area and live music stage. Wish we had more time to hang out. Music was playing inside and outside.

Stopped at Moe’s Darrington for dinner on a Monday night in July 2025. Perfect stop from our day driving the North Cascades Highway 20 as we headed back to Seattle. Moe’s is more than just coffee. Enjoyed a quiet supper of pizza and beer on picnic tables in the outdoor eating area. Not busy so quick service on a Monday night. Pizza was served quickly. Prices were reasonable-even had happy hour prices for drinks.

Moe’s in Darrington is one of those places that makes you grateful for good recommendations. Tucked in a stunning mountain setting, it was the perfect stop before heading toward Mount Rainier. The view alone is worth pulling over for—but the food sealed the deal.
We started our morning with fresh, home-cooked breakfast: fluffy waffles, rich biscuits and gravy, and a cinnamon roll that easily ranks among the best we’ve ever had. They also offer fresh smoothies, baked goods, and coffee, all made with care and quality ingredients.
The service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind—something that really stood out. We had planned to return for dinner, but ended up taking a different route home. Still, Moe’s left such a great impression that we’d absolutely make a point to stop again next time we’re in the area.
Whether you’re passing through Darrington or looking for a great place to start your day before heading into the mountains, Moe’s is well worth your time.

Loved my lunch here. Everything we got was so good! The atmosphere is so fun. I mailed postcards, but I’m not sure they have made it anywhere in 3 weeks.

A pretty great cafe for a small town in the mountains! I got a little breakfast sandwich with a drip coffee for only ten extra cents, which works out great because that’s my favorite kind of coffee anyway. Don’t know why I see negative reviews, this place is perfect
