On November 1, 2012, we opened the Madison location. This location in Madison Valley was a bit of a homecoming for us, as the site used to house our very first Commissary back in the 80s before we outgrew the space. With our newest delivery kitchen, we have built one of Seattle’s first stand-alone LEED-certified pizzerias! The store also sells beer and wine, both in-store and for take-out or delivery!

Pagliacci always delivers great-tasting pizza and is super convenient coming out of the Arboretum and for nearby neighborhoods. Usually, the pizza is ready to go right away, but today there was a big dinner rush and our order came out about 20 minutes late. The team handled it wonderfully by giving us complimentary pizza slice and ice cream, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Consistently delicious food and top-notch customer service.

Brittany was amazing! Super helpful and very sweet! I hope the owner sees this review because Customer Service has taken a fall in my opinion in the last couple of years. Not everywhere but I e noticed it declining. Those who still give phenomenal Customer Service need to be recognized! I hope Brittany gets companywide recognition. Others can learn from her great Customer Service skills! She was so great with our grandson! The pizza was delicious. The restaurant is child friendly. The salad was delicious! We will definitely be back!

This review is for Pagliacci Pizza Madison location. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful and of course the pizza is excellent, nothing better than Pagliacci. Parking around this location can be hard to find, actually better to park on a nearby side streets and just walk to the place.

What do I even tip for anymore…
I come in, person who greeted me was super nice. Seems like it was slow as there were one 2 people in the dining area and the rest of staff behind just talking. I get two slices and a Cesar salad.
Im waiting 10 minutes until the person comes over and tells me she burnt the pizza because she forgot it in the oven. Another couple minutes goes by. She apologizes.. then I ask about my salad and she looks confused. Having 1 other person come in, served, then out. I finally get my food.
Does anyone here actually work? Done tipping extra for horrible service. This tipping culture is getting out of hand and with no repercussions..

Absolutely delicious cheese slice. Growing up in the New York area, my bar for pizza is quite high. I am visiting Seattle and decided to come here for lunch. It was well worth the trip. A mark of a great slice is how it tastes with no toppings and this was perfect.
