Beautiful updated restaurant with very good menu and variety of classic Chinese and Japanese dishes. Great place to impress friends and family. Warm and inviting. A must see when visiting Fond du Lac.

The Hibachi chefs here don’t have as much flare as other places I have been. They seem like they just want to get the food done and be over it. It could just be the chef we had, maybe they are not all that way.
The food was quite good although the lack of enthusiasm kind of took away from it.

I really wanted to enjoy my first visit to Fuji Yummy since I am from out of town. It almost reminded me of the purposefully rude restaurant down by Milwaukee.
Everyone was short; as my boss ordered a bunch of appetizers she was cut off multiple times. Our habachi chef was sadly really boring. The other couple at our station was to the chef’s back which was pretty odd. Soda was served in bottles which was interesting.
The apps were good. The Tuna Tataki had an amazing base but the tunas avor was just enough off to be almost questionable. The rolls we God were really good. The Edamame were super delicious and salted perfectly.
I had the seafood habachi, which was really good. Unfortunately the process was boring and he didn’t seem to care to be there.
Overall it was a good experience but I’m spoiled by my local habachi joint.

I had a great experience here! I stopped in for a quick dinner, and the staff greeted me right away with a warm smile. While I was waiting for my food, the chef handed out a small sample of something he had just made, which was such a nice surprise. Everything tasted fresh, the service felt genuine, and the whole place had a relaxed vibe. I’d definitely come back !

The service was slow and the tea was initially barely warm, but overall the experience was pleasant. The sushi/fish was super fresh, and the filet mignon hibachi was phenomenal. I personally could pass on the egg rolls but they were cooked through. The gyoza is also very good fried. Everything came out fresh. My major complaint is that we were waiting a long time on everything. They seemed to only have the host and one server though so I suppose I can understand the delay. Since this is basically the only sushi in fond du lac, we’ll be coming back.

The sushi was fresh, and the service was attentive without being pushy. Prices were reasonable for the quality. Overall, it’s a solid spot for anyone craving authentic Japanese flavors. I’d be happy to come back again !
