Definitely would not go back to this location. Hardly wanted to give anything in the bowl, had to order double chicken just to get about a normal portion, ordered a chips and salsa and the cup is not even half full. Lettuce was brown and old so had to skip, rice is slumped up. Plus the plaza it’s in it’s a pain to get in and out. Much better service at the Newman locations. Next time I’m in Peachtree if I’m wanting Mexican Bowl I’ll be going to Willie’s!

Wish this Chipotle was more enjoyable. The workers here never seem to have any happiness whenever I go. Everytime I get a bowl here, they hardly ever put any meat in the bowl unlike other chipotles AND THEY NEVER GIVE ENOUGH CHIPS. Once I even asked for a water cup and she gave me a large cup, which I thought she was being generous and letting me fill it up with water, but nope she charged me $3 for it. This was October 31 4:15pm. Since I already used the cup I had to keep it, so I tried to get soda, but barely any of the soda machines worked and the juices tasted terrible. They also never seem to clean the tables here. Worst Chipotle in this area.

Tiffany deserves ALL the praise! We came in right at the verge of closing (which we normally try to avoid because we know it can be disrespectful), but Tiffany treated us with nothing but kindness. She was so sweet, patient, and upbeat truly made our whole night. Her customer service was phenomenal, and you could tell she genuinely cared about giving us a great experience even at the end of a long shift. We left smiling thanks to her. Chipotle is lucky to have someone like Tiffany!

Wish I could put zero stars. This used disgusting bandaid was stuck to the bottom of my chipotle that I door dashed. And I know this is not door dashed fault because they do not package the orders. This place had gone downhill tremendously and I can’t say that I’ll be returning…ever!

Grill was absolutely filthy. Worst I’ve seen. And the chicken bowls were almost empty so it wasn’t like a fresh batch had just been prepared.
The protein bowls are advertised at 64g with double chicken.
I cook myself and know my protein. I got two baby little scoops of chicken and altogether it’s MAYBE one average sized chicken breast with the DOUBLE. The girl said that’s how she’s told to scoop it so not only was it dirty but it’s also false advertising. Cost me $18 for a quarter can of black beans, quarter of a tomato, a spoonful of guac, and a little chicken breast……. certainly not 64g protein

Get inside and left.. I would never eat on a place that dirty! Where you can even seat or walk around without stepping on napkins or rice! Definitely if you want customers to go back it should at least be clean! I have never had chipotle but today was going to be our first time ordering to go… but nooo! It felt disgusting, not to mention the bar where the ingredients are it’s sooo dirty! All the food is everywhere. I’m sorry for the bad review but it’s really not nice! Hope to come back and see any difference.

I came in to this location to pick up my catering order but they said they didn’t have my order. I checked my email and realized I must not have confirmed my order online because I couldn’t find my confirmation email. I immediately panicked because I was expected to feed 20 people in less than an hour! Their people were awesome and somehow pulled together enough food for me within 20 minutes. They were all so friendly and accommodating! The manager on duty even jumped in to get the job done. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days!

I used to come to this location because by their service w. I notice the staff is different, and the food and service is horrible. The rice was crunchy hard. The young guy who made my bowl for me was not friendly. The tables are a mess and the trash overflows. There are no napkins. It looks like trash is overflown where you get your utensils. This location’s staff is ran by young people who don’t care about providing good service or good food.
