Went to get tenders and the lady at the window asked me if i wanted them crispy so i obviously picked that. When i got my food it was normal chicken and when i went back to get my actual order the lady at the drive through told me “you’re wrong you asked for crispy” not sure why you’d ask if i want my tenders crispy and then give me normal chicken because you dont do crispy tenders? Tenders were also incredibly small for the price. Be a normal person and go to popeyes. I havent been to a KFC in 10 years and i wish i hadnt broken that streak.

The food… the flavor is good like always but the portions are subpar. If I’m giving you $5 for a large but you fill it up like a small, you’re taking advantage of me.

They do their job so carelessly that they never listen to the customer. They brought me back from a 25-minute drive while I was pregnant. They stubbornly put mayonnaise in it even though I told them not to have it and they never listen to people. They don’t even look at their faces. They keep looking at each other as if they didn’t make the mistake. I have never seen such rude employees in my life.

We ordered a mixture of white and dark meat. We were told it would be 6 minutes. We waited over 20 minutes just to be told they only had legs and thighs. When we asked could they make more, they said, “No, it takes 20 minutes.” We waited OVER 20 minutes!!! We won’t be back.

Wonderful crew in there . The only disadvantage of drive thru and dinning in . The musics to loud for a peaceful dinner . Just lower it a little . Love the people always great service . Inside and out !! They just like Johnny on the spot fast and courteous Thank you for feeding me !!

We haven’t had KFC in probably 25 years. After last night, I know why. It’s absolutely disgusting. Once you’ve scraped off the disgusting breading, removed the still in place wing parts and the bones, you’re left with a tiny, rubberized, dry grey looking piece of disgusting crap, this place calls chicken.

We had the best experience at FWB KFC tonight. Sean (not sure of spelling) took our order. He was very polite and attentive with us. Kudos to him, very respectable young man. Also want to compliment you all on a well kept, clean restaurant. I hadn’t been to KFC in a while, at Niceville store. We were so disappointed in that store we haven’t been to KFC since. I think you all have renewed our faith in KFC. Thank you.
