A great fast food place with plenty of seating, and actually fast service. A good choice if you’re a vegetarian and in the mood for a burger – two options to pick from, which is one (or even two) options more than most fast food places have to offer.
Most indoor tables were clean while most outdoor tables were OK, but there were a lot of flies outside, but that could just be because of the summer season.

This was my first time trying Shake Shack.
I tried the Halloween Day ‘Spooky’ special (Double Shack BOGO). The drive thru attendant didn’t know about the special so ordering wasn’t a breeze but not a deal breaker. I was first in line at 12:30 and my order took about 5 minutes.
The smashed meat was perfectly cooked with a crisp outer ring. The burger flavor was good, and the fries were tasty too (not greasy or too salty which I appreciate).
My stomach didn’t hurt after eating (like most fast food burgers do) but the bottom of the bun looked ‘mishandled’ making it appear as if already bitten into which was off-putting.
Overall good burger.

I had a really great experience here. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fries were crispy and well salted, and the shakes were delicious and creamy — definitely one of the highlights. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a relaxed atmosphere that makes it a nice place to sit and enjoy the meal instead of just grabbing food and leaving.
Even when it was a bit busy, the staff stayed friendly and the order came out accurate. Prices are a little higher than typical fast food, but the taste and overall experience justify it. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m craving a solid burger.

Service was fast and friendly! Manager was friendly. Food was tasty. The burgers seem to melt in your mouth. Seating is medium sized, but not crowded so seating was plenty and clean. Small parking lot due to location, but plenty of spaces during my dinner visits. I do recommend.

Wow! I never thought I’d say this, but I think I finally found a restaurant that beats Chick-fil-A’s service.
From the moment I walked in, the staff at Shake Shack was beyond outstanding—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed.
They kept checking in to see if we needed anything, and all of the staff, including the manager, truly understand what customer service is.
And the food? Absolutely amazing! The burgers were juicy and full of flavor, the crinkle-cut fries were crispy perfection, and don’t even get me started on the shakes—pure heaven in a cup.

Ordered take-out there recently (online order) and y’all were the first restaurant in three months (I’m not kidding) who actually filled an order correctly! We had a little party when we got home because there was absolutely nothing wrong with the order!! And the food was great, and no one could complain. The food is a little pricey, but for the excellent, friendly service, the focus on getting things right, it is worth it. Congrats.
BTW, I ordered through the app, and after picking up the order, the app popped up a notification offering me the opportunity to be surveyed on the order. When I clicked on the notification, it went nowhere (and I decided to just leave review here on Google Maps instead).

Of course, we’ve been to the other shake shack that’s in the Domain and that was excellent. I’m so glad that they opened another location that’s closer to home so that I can enjoy a really solid burger. You can definitely tell the freshness of the burger and the ingredients.
This location just recently opened and we had to give it a try since we enjoyed their burgers. The location is really clean and actually has a drive-thru which the other location in Austin does not. The staff was very attentive and always came to check in on us. They made sure that everything was right. We had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the actual bacon was not included! Well. They made it right by remaking the order and providing it as a comp. They were very gracious and their mistake.
When you first come in on the right there are walls of computers where you would order your burger. It’s very intuitive and similar to a mobile app where you can order your burger and customize pretty much every facet that you prefer. I tried to order a beer with my burger however there was some verification that was needed and it was not very clear what I needed to do. So I just ended up removing it from my order.
Otherwise, the burger was excellent. The pickles were thickly sliced how we like it and the staff was stellar. I’m really happy that they’re close and we will definitely be back.

For $35 my daughter and I ordered 2 burgers, an order of onion rings, a “shake”, and a drink. What we got, 2 sliders, 5 onion rings, and an ice-cream cup, and a drink. Prepare to be unsatisfied and still hungry.

Absolutely blown away by Terrance, Luis, and the rest of the team! We arrived shortly before the rush but it didn’t phase the team – they were on it! The restaurant was clean, condiment station was organized, bathrooms were impeccable, and the overall environment was very pleasant. One of my favorite locations!! 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend
