Was told by a friend that Folinos has the best pizza he ever had.

Made a 4 hour drive to see if he was telling me the truth.

I can confirm that their pizza was not only amazing, but worth an 8 hour drive! The charred crust made it so tasty and fun to eat. Loved it!

Bonus points for having Fiddlehead brewing right next door within the same building!

Will be back again!

This was our first time at Folinos, and it did not disappoint! Their oven fired pizzas have a flatbread texture. There are many pizza topping options to choose from. 1 large would feed 3-4 people. The inside atmosphere was industrial looking and such a vibeeeee

Pizza was thin and crispy!

Pizza can be brought I to the brewery next door. Pizza team delivers it over to you. We went at a busy time so pizza was to us in about 25 minutes. Drank at the bar as we waited. Friendly staff at both places.

The pizza did not disappoint here; it was delicious. The sourdough crust, all the fresh, quality ingredients on this pizza was pretty elevated. I appreciated that and now this pizza is one of my favorites I’ve ordered. That said, you can’t order beer with your pizza at the same time. You have to go over to Fiddlehead brewery to order your drink, but you can have your pizza number on the table and they’ll bring it over to you. That was fine; but hopefully in the future it will be easier for people to just order beer and pizza all in one place.

With few other options in the area to go to, we found ourselves here a few times. Thankfully the pizza is great. Customer service was good. They also have a gluten free crust ( I have an intolerance not an allergy) and it was the best gluten free crust I’ve ever had. The regular pizza is a sourdough base, also equally delicious.

Folino’s in one of our favorite pizza places in the Burlington area. At this location, you can order at the counter and then take your pizza to the adjoining space at Fiddlehead where there’s seating and you can get drinks. You might also enjoying stopping by the wining right across the street before or after for a drink. Note there’s extra parking up behind the building if the lot is full.

Folino’s has it all: a massive, diverse menu, inventive toppings, and the perk of enjoying your pizza right inside Fiddlehead Brewery with a refreshing IPA! Here’s what we tried:

1️⃣ **Fire Kracker Shrimp** – This pizza blew me away! Topped with garlic, arugula, red onions, and chipotle-marinated shrimp, I didn’t expect to love shrimp on pizza *this* much. Easily a Top 10 bite of the year. **10/10**

2️⃣ **Leeky Chicken** – Featuring buffalo chicken, leeks, and bacon, this pizza was cooked to perfection. The buffalo sauce added a perfect kick ️, and the chicken was juicy and tender. **9/10**

3️⃣ **Truffle Pig** – A three-cheese blend with asparagus, bacon, and truffle oil. While the asparagus was a fun twist, I wished for more of that truffle flavor. Still, a tasty pick! **8/10** ✨

4️⃣ **Hawaiian** – Loaded with bacon, pineapple, and mozzarella. I know, it’s controversial, but trust me, it’s worth it. Sometimes classics just work. **9/10**

With so many more intriguing pizzas left to try (hello, fungi, buffalo chicken and I think I saw a surf and turf pizza!), Folinos is definitely a spot I’d love to revisit. **Overall:** Food: 9/10, Affordability: 8/10, Ambiance: 6/10 – laid-back and brewery-side, so you can savor your slice with a fresh beer.

We were in Burlington for 6 days in late May this year. Hit up the Vermont City Marathon, and while in the area, we wanted to experience how VT does pizza.

Visited this place on a Thursday afternoon before the dinner rush. We had some great interactions with the staff, and they were very helpful in helping us choose some favorites. We added pepperoni to the Margherita and also has the buffalo broccoli (unaltered). While I agree with other reviewers that the pizza is thin, my wife, 18-month-old, and I all liked our selections. Wait time wasn’t an issue but again, we beat the rush.

We bought a 4-pack from next door to wash down our meal. Highly recommend.

9/10. Buyer be warned of thin pizza.

Wow. Totally messed up tonight! Hour plus to get our first pizza, 20 more minutes to get our second, uncut and raw. Sad. Use to recommend this place as best in VT but no more.

Pizza was too thin for thin crust. Slices were translucent. Carrying the full pizza boxes into the house, it felt like there was a couple slices in the box since there just wasn’t much weight.
