Wow this food is so good!! I came all the way over from Gig harbor for it and my best friend came from Bellevue. The Mac & Yeast and the Burgers were my absolute favorite! I thanked the owner personally for what she does for the animals because having a fully vegan restaurant is so beautiful, (and a fleeting thing) thank you so much. Lots of love put into the food and you taste it with every bite ! We will be back!

I was treated to this spot while passing through the area. Now, I’m trying to find an excuse to go passing through the area again! I, unfortunately, didn’t get to try the mac, but the TV plate was delicious! Not to mention every dessert was amazing as well. Personal favorites from my meal: taters/gravy, greens, and banana foster cake; honorable mentions: red velvet cookie and that hush puppy was unexpectedly tasty enough to wish I had more than the 1.
This meal was exactly what I was looking for, and I’m glad there was a local spot able to accommodate. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Man, was this place good!
As someone traveling through from the South it was nice to find a spot with some southern vegan cooking. We had the southern comfort plate and the apple pie bread pudding, both were delicious and amazing serving sizes, come hungry.
Will be back if we ever swing through Tacoma again. (Gave a 4 stars for both the service and atmosphere only because the dining was closed when I arrived, so I don’t have any opinion on the atmosphere or service but also didn’t want to rate it poorly)

Food is superb. Service is a drive thru so there’s really not an opportunity for it to be “great”. Order online then pick up. I’ve gotten the Lovers Club and Southern Comfort food. Both amazing. No notes. When I have some extra time in my day and am in the area I will be coming here.

Finally made it back to this place after only going once before the pandemic! It is so good and so worth the trek from Tacoma (if you’re like me and live in Seattle).
It’s takeout only right now, so you can’t go inside the building to eat.
You order online from their website, and it seems like ordering is only available during their open hours. We ordered at noon on Saturday and the food was ready in about 30min.
The portions are HUGE and so much food for the price.
My friend LOVED his Philly cheesesteak (he said his criteria is that the cheese has to be good and this delivered). I got the sweet Jamaican wrap and upgraded the side to fries, another person got the mama Africa wrap and kept the beans and rice that comes with it.
I was stuffed after eating all the fries and not even one of the halves of the wrap, and saved the rest for later.
A friend also got the egg rolls and said they were very tasty.
We got two banana foster cake slices and they’re big! Kinda tastes like a cinnamon roll in cake version. Very good vegan frosting!

This place is amazing!!! We got the Southern Comfort, Chix’N Sticks, and the chimichanga. Everything was so delicious- the sides were all awesome- the Mac and cheese and potato salad especially. The cornbread and hush puppy were great too, I’d definitely get extra cornbread next time. Everything was so flavorful, I think that anybody, vegan or not, should try this place.
It is takeout only, but they have a patio with tables and chairs for sunny days. Our order took about 45 minutes from the time we placed it, which is exactly what they advertise on the website!
The service was lovely as well, this place is absolutely worth the trip! Wish there was another location closer to Seattle.

I just ate my first ever vegan meal in my life from here and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be back, and soon. Mac and Yease was amazing, hushpuppies are the best I’ve ever had, and the mash with gravy are super tasty.

You must try this place!!!! I’m southern and I’ve had a lot of good soul food, but this place has the best hush puppies I’ve ever had! Get an extra side of them just trust me! I got the TV dinner which included a seitan steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, greens, and a hush puppy. Let me just tell you those greens slap! They were smokey and flavorful they were fantastic. The portions are also HUGE you will have a second or third meal later. Which I love because the food is so good. My husband got the Philly steak sandwich with fries. He said it was a cheesy delicious flavor explosion. I tried a bite too and can confirm it was cheesy and delicious. We also got a reeses cup shake and it was top notch! Highly recommend this place! We are in town two days and will be going back tomorrow to try more stuff!
Update: I’ve been back and I tried the chix N fry dinner and it’s my new favorite!! The potato salad was excellent, the greens are to die for, and the chix sticks are so well seasoned and breaded! Absolutely incredible. This place doesn’t miss! I can’t recommend it enough!

The only reason I gave it a 3 stars on atmosphere is because it’s a walk up window (no dining inside)where no one is (until food comes up). I am not vegan, however I absolutely love every single thing that comes out of this kitchen! All of the food is delicious. I particularly like their chili cheese fries and their hush puppies. The mac n cheese is also great.

Absolutely delicious! I tried the Jamaican wrap, Mama Africa wrap, and burger. The chili was also tasty. Ordering online was very simple and smooth. Customer service was great! Definitely will try other items! Recently tried the mac-n-yease, potato salad, quesadilla and hush puppies which were simply amazing!
