I was driving back to NYC and needed some stomach fuel,Wendy was the perfect stop to fill up. This place has friendly workers and a clean restaurant inside and outside even the bathroom was clean. My meal was perfect to get back on the road. I would stop there again if am in the area.

Orders have all been correct and to Wendy’s standards. What has made each visit special is the service provided by Faith. She has been an exemplary employee and your organization should be proud to employee her.

Stopped at this Wendy’s on a roadtrip from Pittsburgh to Richmond, and honestly, this location is better than any of the ones back home. The food was hot, freshly prepared, and made the way we ordered it. The lobby was clean and well-stocked, and so were the bathrooms (well, I can’t speak to the men’s but the women’s was in good shape). Can’t really ask any more of a fast food joint. I’d stop here again if we passed thru on 81.

Went in on a Friday at 9 PM and ordered two biggie bags, took 20 minutes to get my food and the manager on duty kept giving me dirty looks, I heard her talking to somebody about one of her employees “looking so cute in a jacket” keep in mind he looked like a minor. Asked why my food was taking so long and I got grunted at and she threw my food on the counter. Asked the girl on from the managers name and she said it was Sandra Cartwright.

Staff & food were fine; but changes made through corporate are not for the better.
The sweet tea is no longer brewed; but is PEAK tea that comes from the all-in-one drink machine. It was horrible.
Next, they have done away with the sweet & sour sauce. All the sauces now (except Ranch) are spicy and/or hot. Wendy’s customers are mostly older, with health problems where spicy & hot foods or carbonated drinks are not tolerated.
When making a choice between fast-food restaurants we always chose Wendy’s due to good food at a good price & excellent sweet tea; but not anymore. And we’re not the only ones.

I wish this review was a joke, but unfortunately it is not. I ordered a zero sugar minute maid grape drink today and was extremely disappointed upon realizing that the drink was NOT sugar free. I am diabetic. if someone with a higher A1C came in and had this happen to them, it could be a seriously lethal mistake for that person. please, Wendy’s, do better. I used to love getting my sugar free drink from you every day, but now I don’t think I’ll be coming back ever again due to my health possibly being compromised.

This place is a JOKE. My boyfriend and I came through the drive through and sat there for 25 minutes until we got our food. I asked the white big guy at the window for sauces and he slammed the door on my face. I tried calling their phone number but it went straight to voicemail. My food is cold and didnt get a straw for my drink. NO STARS & WONT BE RETURNING

Workers appear to be too lazy to make drinks/frosties when they run out. Every single time I’m here it takes 30 minutes to service the person in the front of drive thru line. EDIT : once again they failed. Every person in drive through was taking very long to service. Got up to the windows and they were out of baked potatoes. Offered me something cheaper in exchange. Got baconator fries and the container is half full. GET IT TOGETHER. Didnt offer me a partial refund or anything. Poor service and quality.

It’s typically almost always a pretty amazing experience there, when my fam and I both, either eat in store or order out. They always make the correct orders, etc… so you cannot go wrong when going with this shop particularly!! They hit everything exactly, every single time.

I ordered a baconator “value” meal(almost$15 isn’t exactly a value, but nvm) they got the sandwich wrong, they got the drink wrong. I paid nearly $15 for a medium fry basically. not at all happy.
