Honestly the best store I’ve been to in the Madison area. The store is always clean, the associates are super friendly, the sandwich quality is VERY consistent between team members, and this is the only store I can trust to NOT put black olives on my sandwich instead of black pepper. My only complaint is that it’s kind of a garbage location with no street parking nearby, but that’s the franchise owner’s fault.

Great service. There is only one skinny guy who is rude and acts as if he is doing you a favor by making you your sandwich, but it’s okay because he rarely works at this Subway. All the other staff is friendly and very open to any extra customizations you want for your sandwich.

Asked for Black Pepper and the person drowned the sandwich in black pepper. Not even edible after all this pepper. The person seemed to possibly be a manager and was very careless. Probably will not visit again after this. Cant even eat the sandwich.

Cane in to the store for lunch during the holidays and didn’t expect much but was pleasantly surprised by the clean eating area, kind staff and my sandwich was great. Definitely a nice spot if your in need a sandwich real quick.

Pretty good place, clean restaurant and friendly waitstaff. Went there with a friend and his family and ordered a lot of food to feed us all and they were good with us. Only qualm was I ordered an Italian BMT and the worker that made it put a small amount of ham and then loaded up on salami. Besides that, a good experience.

The sandwiches are good, but the people who work there are rude. They didn’t listen to my order and then argued with me about what they thought I said. Very upsetting. They have a convenient location for students but I suggest you go someplace else. 2 stars because the food is good, but the service is awful

Great food and incredible staff! I’m a regular and eat lunch here everyday. The day I left my bag in the restaurant by mistake, they were kind enough to keep it safely for me saving me a whole lot of pain.
