I love a good fast casual bowl place and this place does not disappoint! There’s a wide variety of options including some more unique ones like the beet and feta dip, carrot spread, and bulgur. Everything tastes incredibly fresh. The owner is also very friendly. Officially my new favorite spot and will definitely be coming back!

Mona is truly one of the best new spots in the greater Boston area. Today, I drove 40-minutes from Chestnut Hill to give it a try and it did NOT disappoint. I got a bowl with brown rice, chicken thigh (highly recommend, the best tasting protein option I’ve had at a bowl place), multiple fresh veggies, a fresh chickpea salad, and a variety of their house-made spreads such as hummus, carrot and roasted honey, and the best tasting harissa I’ve had (which incorporates pineapple for a sweet/spicy balance). Unlimited toppings without any additional cost, even the halloumi sticks and falafel were top-notch. I was in-and-out in under 5 minutes, I do not have any complaints. The staff was super helpful giving great recommendations, and the culinary director Robert is amazing. He created the menu, he assists with the prep/cooking, and is one of the most genuinely warm and welcoming people I’ve had the chance to talk to- a true industry professional. DO NOT miss this place, if I could give more than 5 stars I would, it is a quality, taste, and atmosphere that cannot be matched by Cava or Chipotle, and for a better price too!

Couldn’t wait to try Mona, grabbed a falafel roll for my daughter and I made my own bowl. The owner was there greeting people, answering questions, and just genuinely interested in his guests. Both of our meals were excellent. My daughter loved her falafel, the hummus tastes real; home made, meat was fresh, and everything had great flavor. I’ll definitely be back. Love to support a local family!

I ordered a custom bowl from Mona for lunch with my co-workers. I struggle with trying new foods, and MONA blew me away. I got a bowl with Honey Carrot Spread, Zaatar Chicken, Feta cheese, Cucumbers, and crispy corn with Balsamic. It was the first time I had a majority of these foods. They were beyond delicious, I even had left overs the next day from what I didn’t finish. I would highly recommend that people order from here!

Best falafel on the south shore. Have had the falafel roll several times. Could eat it everyday. So fresh, falafel nice and crispy on the outside delicious lemon tahini. So good, just thinking about it makes me hungry for a falafel roll.
