We used to come here once a week and still visit pretty frequently! We order the chicken yakisoba, side of veggies, and hibachi chicken no veggies extra side of yum yum sauce. I love the noodles, they always hit the spot! and i love the veggies so much i have to add them on to my order as a side item. The sauce on the noodles is exactly what I want and my fiance & I always look forward to our next visit! I haven’t ventured to try much else, but might in the future. food comes out pretty quickly and the people are generally the same people and they recognize us when we roll up to the pick up window.

Pretty good food! Not the best quality but it’s tastes really good for the price in my opinion. The place was kind of clean but not like spotless. The service was good. They do serve all the food in take out containers even if you eat in.

I usually don’t do bad Google reviews. I believe if you don’t have anything good to say then don’t say anything. We’ll this 1 is the exception. Disclaimer I love Hibachi Express. This is my 1st and last time going to Old Shell Rd location. Veggies were mostly broccoli stalks (no heads) and the rice tasted old. Steak seemed alot thinner then I’m used to. Positive note, this is my 1st time trying the shrimp and it was good.
I couldn’t even get my normal order because this location claimed they couldn’t do it, although my main 2 locations do it every time I go.
And I have no idea what this is I just found at the bottom of my plate.

Shrimp hi achi was great as usual.
Sweet and sour chicken was garbage. Dry, hard and didn’t look like normal chicken from hibachi. Looked like squares I chopped up in my kitchen.
Stay away from the chicken.

Make sure to pay attention to your card charges they will swipe your card more than once. He will give you the food first then hold on to your card. They charged me twice thinking that I wasn’t going to notice it. He pulled out a receipt that was fake or someone else saying “give it two days it’ll fall off and that I work here everyday.” He claimed that it declined on his end which it never declined and I called my bank and I was told it never declined.

Picked up the Hibachi Chicken entree for dinner. There was no line at the drive thru, but the service was still slow. For the amount of time I was waiting, I thought surely they must be making the food fresh to order. Not a chance – got home and opened up the box to see old food. Old, hard chicken, old dried out rice, old soggy vegetables. I had a few bites of chicken before tossing the whole meal in the trash. Just from those few bites, I’ve been having stomach issues. I’ll never spend my money here again.

This is how I experienced Hibachi Express, your experience could be different but this is my opinion. I spent $26 for lunch, I ordered a steak and shrimp entree with an order of crab rangoons. The crap rangoons were cream cheese and were not fresh. My entree was subpar. The rice has clumps and was not fresh. The steak and veggies seemed to have been made before and just placed into the box. Overall my food experience was bad, I probably will not go again.
