Stopped here yesterday to get an impossible burger. In the drive thru, they asked if I can pull up and wait at the white line as my food was cooking. I politely declined and informed them that every time I was asked to do this to wait for my food, there was SOMETHING wrong with my order. The young guy got bothered and said “fine” and closed the drive thru window. After waiting a bit, I received my food to find that YET AGAIN my order was wrong. EVEN AFTER I JUST MENTIONED THAT MY ORDER IS ALWAYS INCORRECT.

They make you “move up” in the drive thru because they are timed to see how long it takes them to get an order out. Essentially, they lie when you pull forward and clear out the screen to say your order has been processed. Why lie, burger king? Why is it OK for you to lie just so you can hit your KPIs and look good to the big guys?

To everyone who is reading, PLEASE do not pull forward when they ask. It is not required (as the store manager explained to me) and is a waste of time. Plus, youre not allowing them to lie while serving you…because who knows what else they lie about???

Don’t bother to order from this location. I ordered from here on 12/20 and my order was received 45 minutes late, ice cold and wrong. I immediately called and was told to complain through the app for a full refund. When I did that I was offered a $15 coupon on a $52 order that was tossed out because it wasn’t what we wanted. Totally unacceptable! Put in a dispute with my credit card company.

Nasty Swiss bacon chicken sandwich. Pretty sure something in it has gone bad. Can’t eat it. Worker was eating while taking my order. Never again I DON’T know why I keep giving these places a chance. McDonald’s is the only place in town that is consistent and not disgusting.

If I could leave zero stars I would. But I’m forced to leave one start for my experience tonight at the newton NJ BK. I wanted mozz sticks so bad and I know that BKs are actually pretty good. well I just opened the box and I’m a bit confused why they look like chicken fries with some nasty cheese in it. These are not the same mozz sticks that I am use to getting. I even use to work at BK and I know for a fact these are um well I HAVE NO IDEA. I am a BK rewards member and always use deals etc when I visit any location. I am highly upset I am literally throwing them away. I just wasted a whole dinner $13 worth of food. Maybe the birds might like it. I am just disgusted honestly. I don’t like leaving crappy reviews but sorry BURGER KING DESERVES THIS ONE. Can the store manager please explain this to me. I would appreciate well something? I know I won’t be getting mozzarella sticks again. I mean the burgers and fries were okay but wth?? And to top it off I even asked the female manager working there tonight 11/26 around 6:15 if I received mozzarella sticks and she said yes. So she knew what she was serving. Which was complete CRAP!! She was not very pleasant to speak to either. I felt like I was bothering her asking her for the sauce I was allowed to have for my meal. BK I know you can do better!

Stopped here to get lunch. Always order the same thing from Burger King….always get the $7 trio…whopper jr., onion rings (upcharge), and medium drink. The girl said that I couldn’t get onion rings with the $7 trio, but I could with the $5 trio. Make it make sense….ended up not ordering anything. I never mind paying the upcharge for onion rings since I don’t like the fries, didn’t have it my way and didn’t rule. Needless to say won’t be back.

This is what you get when you ask for an impossible whopper with no mayo. The reason why I ask for my order to be repeated when ordering is so there’s no chance of a mistake.

The manager has remade my order herself the past 10 times now. This is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Note to Staff…please make the food the way you are ACTUALLY ASKED to, not the way you THINK/ASSUME it should be made.

Note to other customers….check your items before leaving to avoid another trip.

Just got back from the hospital with our newborn, just for our Food to be made incorrectly 2 times. On top of it for this Girl employee to have us deal with a nasty attitude and being rude to us and other people in drive thru. I Held the door open for her on top of her being rude and messing up our order multiple times and she still kept an attitude and swong the other door open. Unprofessional. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.
