They are NEVER consistent. Some times the pizza is surprisingly good, but most times its poorly made. Dry, lacking cheese (even when ordering extra). The 2md pizza we ordered looks like like a soup. Its a big blob leaking in sauce. Tried to call but nobody answered.

Very disappointed tonight I actually stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for a few years because I felt like their service had gone downhill. Decided to give it a try tonight and ordered a pizza for my son and I. The toppings were wrong on his… super inconvenient. We decided to go ahead and go out and eat instead, but we’re disappointed that we waited 30 minutes for pizza only for our order to be wrong. When I called Pizza Hut to ask for a refund, it was a young female manager (couldn’t be older than 18) very snappy with me told me she would give me five dollars! I told her that’s unacceptable. I paid for a delivery And ordered pizza for my son and I to eat together and now we have to leave and go eat somewhere else. She hung up on me! It’s so sad how customer service is these days. “NEW LONGER HOURS – To Better Ignore You!”
Ah yes, the new longer hours—so you can wait even longer for your food! What a treat!
I arrived at my scheduled time, expecting pizza, not purgatory. There were only four people ahead of me, yet somehow, I found myself standing in this overstuffed waiting area for nearly an hour, watching my name on the order board like it was the stock market—never moving in my favor. Meanwhile, new customers kept pouring in, looking just as lost and hungry as I felt.
The staff? Two frazzled younger employees doing their best, while the ‘manager’?? had apparently gone on an epic quest… to the freezer… never to return. Orders weren’t coming out, refunds were a mystery no one could solve, and most customers weren’t even acknowledged. If this was a social experiment in patience, congratulations—I failed.
I used to come here often because it’s close to home, but lately, the food quality and customer service have taken a nosedive. At this point, I’m convinced the only thing “hot and ready” at this Pizza Hut is my frustration.

Horrible! I got a pizza with only ham and it had no cheese! Working in the pizza delivery business, I thought it could be fixed with a short phone call. Nope! I called 6 times and ended up being hung up on. NEVER ordering Pizza Hut again. No help, no pickups, just ridiculous.

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for almost half a year now and every single time I order three marinara sauces why are you incapable of counting because I never get the three that I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous how much money I’ve wasted on marinara sauce just to not get it. It’s like the most simple part of the job. Just put it in the bag. Thanks so annoying.

I’m not certain why you quote your customers for certain pickup times when point actually behind. Communicating accurate pickup times would be appreciated. It’s over twenty minutes past my pick up time and my order is getting cold as it’s not in a warmer while waiting on another part of the deal to be made. This is ridiculous!

Worst experience I have ever had. First they sent the delivery guy to the wrong address and when I tried calling him he didn’t speak English so I couldn’t give him the correct info. He finally found me after I sent him a picture of my address. The pizza I got was ROCK HARD and inedible and the brownies I ordered were burnt. I immediately tried calling the store as I spent my last $30 for a lunch I couldn’t eat. The phone will put you on hold for several minutes, go busy and disconnect. IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK and despite calling and chatting with customer service online the manager has yet to call me back! I am NEVER ordering from here again.

Ordered through Pizza Hut app. They didn’t give us our breadsticks. We asked them to bring them to us. When 2nd driver arrived, he wanted me to pay him. We had already paid for this food that pizza hut forgot! So instead of them giving us our food, they took it back because we wouldn’t pay again. They suggested we pay for it and then get a reimbursement from Doordash. Are you serious. We asked them for a full refund since our food has been sitting for almost an hour.

I have ordered at this location 3 times already and unfortunately because it’s so close to my home I can’t order from another location. They have either made my pizza completely wrong or gave me someone else’s or not at all what ive wanted. I have complained and complained and it still is not right. I’m not sure if they are just rushing thru the orders and not reading people at wanting or just dont care but it frustrating how many times I’ve had to call and complain that my order is not right. Definitely do not recommend at this location at all.
