Gave the new deli a try. We got our sandwiches to go. Not much room inside. Service and food were great! I had an Italian sub and my wife had a club. Can’t wait to try their pastrami.

Today was opening day and by lunch time there was some computer issues. The owner was there helping with orders and apologizing for delays.
I ordered the Trump Tower with some add ons on white bread. I was not disappointed. Lots of meat and taste, it was worth the wait.
Hubby ordered the NY Ruben on sourdough. OMG was that delicious, again lots of meat and a dressing.
We will be back to try other items to figure out what’s our favorite. They have a breakfast menu and pizza.

Food is amazing, they are just getting starting so the service is slow and they haven’t figured out how to move the pickup orders faster than those ordering from their extensive list of items. If you order pick up expect to wait a long time if there are customers in front of you.

I had an amazing experience at NY Deli on US 17! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. I 100% recommend this place — if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re definitely missing out!

I recently stopped by US 17 NY Deli. I can confidently say it’s already one of my favorite lunch spots in Fleming Island. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The owner is a sweet lady who is dedicated to providing quality service to each customer. They are newly opened, but you can tell all of the staff is working hard to provide a quality meal and experience.
The sandwiches are absolutely outstanding. Fresh bread, generous portions of high-quality meats. My group tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch Grinder, the Manhattan Sub, the Ultimate Club Sub, and the Deli Roast Beef sandwich. The desserts were even better, from the delicious chocolate chip cookies to the flawless cannolis. You can really tell they care about authenticity and quality.
If you’re craving an authentic NY deli experience with top-notch food and warm hospitality, this place is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next sandwich!

We visited US17 NY Deli a few days ago for lunch and WOW what a sandwich!!! I had the roast beef sub and it was delicious. The roast beef was sliced perfectly and the taste was on point!! Staff was great and extremely welcoming. They have a great menu with plenty to choose from. 1000% recommend and you can’t go wrong when a fireman recommends it.

Went there with a coworker. We were both impressed. I had a Rueben with pastrami, recommended from the owner, and he had a roast beef sandwich I think. I remember him praising how much he liked how thinly shaved the roast beef. I felt like my sandwich was phenomenal with so much meat on it. I’m sure some people will mention prices or lengthy wait times but first off, $5 foot longs are a thing in the past and it being a newer business it’s going to have a few kinks to workout with training new people. I witnessed the owner being completely berated by a customer and I don’t even know what it was for but I think she held her composure the best way she could…much better than I would have. I remember her saying that they make everything to order and she wanted to make sure their sandwich was right. My assumption is she is a perfectionist and has a lot of pride in her work and her restaurant. All in all, I really enjoyed the meal and I will recommend it to others.
