1st table we sat at was dirty and we arrived shortly after opening so it was dirty from the night before! Moved to a 2nd table and it also was dirty. We just cleaned it ourselves. Got 1 drink with a long hair in the cup! Place is super dirty and so disappointed. We love our Ledo’s pizza in Winchester but will never be back to this one in Martinsburg WV. Food was good despite all this.

We had tried Ledo Pizza in Columbia MD back in the 90s a few times and stopped going there because it was just…eh. After a few years of driving past this one in Martinsburg, we decided to try it. We ordered for take out a 14 inch pepperoni (a “medium”) and onion pizza with two garden salads…$31 and change. Got there to pick it up and after waiting for someone to come to the counter, was told that my order was on the shelves behind me; saw that our two salads were placed on top of the warm pizza – didn’t really want warm salads. Got it home and opened it and found the pizza was way under cooked, crust was nowhere near firm and the cheese was almost liquid. Couldn’t pick up a piece without cheese falling off and the entire row of pieces wanted to come with it. We put it back in our oven for several minutes, but it didn’t get much better other than cooking the pepperoni. There were only a few onions on the pizza. The salads were that frisee stuff that is easy to prepare but hard to eat, with 2 grape tomatoes, some red onions, and a sprinkling of hard parm cheese. At least their own herb dressing is still decent. So now we know about this Ledo too, and don’t ever need to come back.

We have been here a few times and typically it’s good. This evening on 11/6/2025 we walked in to extremely bright led lights and a strong sewer smell.
I’m sure some like the bright lights but for me it’s hard to relax for a meal when you are under beaming stadium lighting. It’s a restaurant not a tanning salon.
The smell was tolerable but still bad. I watched a couple come sit down then get up and leave mentioning the smell.
Our server was very polite and did great. Sorry, I did miss her name but she had red hair. Very nice young lady. She checked on us multiple times and greeted us immediately as well.
The pizza was good as always. We enjoyed it however It was OUTSHINED by high beams and sewer gases.
Please Ledo’s, fix up your space and make it more welcoming. It’s looking very worn and not updated . I likely will try again in the future but will not stay if they continue to let the atmosphere go.

It was ok. We ordered a vegetable pizza, half with crispy bacon. The crunch of the red onions and green peppers was nice, the mushrooms tasted like they were from a can. The crust was mediocre, like one of the all you can eat pizza chains.
The server was kind and attentive.

My god just left here and was very impressed. I had the 8″ lunch special with pepperoni, extra cheese and bacon l. The pizza was cooked perfectly and I love the pepperoni they use. I also got 6 Jumbo Wings with the buffalo sauce. The best sauce I have tasted in a long time. It was nice and creamy that actually stuck to the wings. I even bought a bottle of it ☺️ . I will definitely be returning here to this location

Ceaser salad has that dressing I seek out. And was the perfect size.
Wings were cooked through and properly sauced.
Took a pizza to go for the kid and he is enjoying it at the hotel.
Recommend stopping in.

Everytime I come to town, I have to stop at least once!!!! I live 6 hours away and i CRAVE Ledos all the time! Hands down my all time favorite pizza shop!

Almost $26.00 for a lousy unsatisfying pizza! This was a mix between a frozen and 1980s middle School pizza. It would have been once thing at $15, but over $25 is absolutely ridiculous. You can get a massive loaded pizza at kings for that price. But my real complaint is Both the girlfriend and myself had massive stomach issues after eating. Upon eating left overs the next day it was a repeat of the stomach issues again. I’m usually like a goat and it takes something horrendous to tear me up like this. Two big thumbs down and I wouldn’t go back!

I guess I should have ordered it crispier. The crust seemed on the brink of undercooked. I ordered a 14″ Pepperoni Lovers. Very VERY oily. Had I gotten napkins I would have patted it dry. Instead, I used every packet of grated parmesan they gave me to try and sop it up. I believe this increased the salty taste. The sauce had good flavor. I ordered a “Ledo Chocolate Brownie”. It was a David’s pre-packaged one. Still good though
