I love this place. It used to be my comfort food spot when I was in college up in northern Michigan and got me through a lot of depressing nights, ya know filing out FASFA forms and getting carpal tunnel from all the beer pong. So when they opened up a location in south bend I was pretty excited to relive my glory days, by buying way too much food and stuffing my face. It’s a little more expensive than other chains but the quality seems to be a lot better than your average pizza shack. If you don’t like the flavor or quality, guess what? They have several different amazing dipping sauces to choose from, so you can stomp out any bit of flavor you don’t like with an even better one. The garlic cream cheese and the ranch are some of what keeps me coming back, other than to see how fat I can get. The Roma pesto pizza is the GOAT. Couple that with the garlic cheese bread and you’ve got yourself a good time. So do yourself a favor and make this place a staple for all of your bad day at work blues or your, I’m too drunk to remember my name but know I’m hungry, nights.

Redhead at the South Bend location is very rude and disrespectful. This is my 4th time visiting this location and will probably be my last. That little girl doesn’t get another chance to SNATCH the money out of my hand or roll her little teenage eyes at me again! Such a shame too because the food is actually good…. when they actually get my order right. So disappointing. But no…. I would NOT recommend this location. Every time I order here I get unwarranted attitude and resistance. Only my first order was great and that’s probably because the redhead wasn’t working there yet! I boycotted the Niles location YEARS ago for the bad customer service and order errors. She must’ve migrated from over there. I think I’ll go back to the Domino’s near Notre Dame. They actually know how to treat people!

We stopped in with our basketball team yesterday after a tournament. The workers were very helpful, kind, and accommodating. We took over their indoor seating and it felt right at home! The pizza and breadsticks were very good!! The boys talked about it numerous times on the 2 hour bus ride home! Thank you!!

This is the best pizza place in Niles. The food is always hot and it’s always so good. And if you ever get a chance to talk to Gary one of the managers he is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. About the only bad thing I can say is I can only rate you at five stars because if there were 10 I would put 10!!

I love the food here don’t get me wrong about that but last night I had called to order a pizza mind you I like having spicy crust and a nice garlic butter on the pizza itself. So I ordered my pizza with Cajun butter on the crust with garlic butter drizzle. The very first thing I hear from the guy on the phone is “are you sure you wanna do that I find it really weird” and I didn’t appreciate it but I let it go. Then before I hung up I ordered my bread sticks and asked for a large garlic cream cheese and yet again the worker says “are you sure you want that it already comes with a smaller cup of it.” I don’t appreciate being called weird and being asked are you sure because it just felt like I was being shamed for what I wanted.

Overall a decent pizza. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Easy to order online. Delivery was quick and the driver was polite. The pizza was hot, fresh, and good. The cheese bread was delicious.

Bonnie was attentive she was all about myson and I even after she took out order she was making our pizzas and pepperoni bread sticks and was asking if we needed anything else she was the super star of it all she was great

Always one of my favorite pizzas, originally from Michigan, but lived in Chicago for the last two years after bouncing around the country for the past 20 years, and one of the places I lemented losing was Cottage Inn, all the way. We drive 90+ minutes one way, multiple times from Chicago just to have it again! And this location was sweet, friendly, fast – even moments from closing. We almost didn’t make it!! Thanks crew.

I’m writing this review to inform the public of my experience with the employees of this particular location. I ordered a pizza last night around 7pm, estimated delivery was 7:47. It was then 8:15 and no sign of my pizza. I called them to see where my delivery was, and an employee explained to me that since they are short staffed they had to assign the delivery to door dash, and the dasher had stolen my order. The employee then offered to remake the pizza, which I accepted, and the remade pizza was delivered to me within 25 minutes of that phone call. I’m pretty sure they called in an employee who was off of work just to deliver that pizza to me. I was very pleased with the action that was taken to get my order (1 pizza) to me. The employee’s truly went above and beyond to satisfy one customer.
