Very disappointed. I will say we did order quite a bit of food totalling over $50 feeding 6 people online. We got a couple of the online exclusive deals and 2 boxes. I kinda expected one thing to be messed up or missing but WOW. Multiple missing items. No meat in our crunch wraps. Payed extra for rice in burrito. No rice. Chips half filled. Quesadillas were almost empty. One was crispy burnt. Get it together. Employee’s please count your items. That’s not hard. If we counted how many food items there are before handing a customer their bag than that would solve the missing food item situation. Just count the items. Seems easy. We come here often as my autistic son loves taco bell. We spend $50 almost weekly. We will not return to this location. Maumee or Holland for the win.

I got two chalupas this evening and I found two big black hairs in my taco. By the time I noticed I had already drove 20 minutes home so we called a manager and all they offered was to remake my meal and refused to refund anything or credit me for next time! I won’t be back!

We pulled into Taco Bell after church and decided to go in and order due to the long drive thru line. We were the only other people in the store and ordered right away. About 50 cars went thru the drive thru before we were even given our drinks. Waited 45 mins for our food and it was nice n cold when we got it. When did the food industry start prioritizing take out over the customers standing face to face with them??? Incredibly annoying and sad to see

Ordered 2 crunch wraps and just looked in the bag for items . When I got home and opened the bag rather than 2 crunch wraps I had 2 stackers. I have had this problem before so I guess if I ever go there again I will have to actually take the items out of the bag and check if it is the correct items. They didn’t give me anything to show my order so I had no proof of the order to go back and take another 10 mile (round trip) drive

Ordered from this because the one closest to me was closed. Very disappointed because the order took forever to get here but wasn’t in a box and some items weren’t wrapped correctly. I’ve worked at Taco Bell twice and we always made sure to package everything safely knowing the person picking it up is delivering it to someone else. No sticker on our drinks so they could have been tampered with. And no sauce or napkins were in the bag…

Giving a 2 star only cause this was the only time ive ever had a problem with them. My husband and I stopped by and ordered. We asked for no sauce and extra cheese. We got no cheese and tons of sauce. Chili cheese burritos had almost nothing in them and were cold. Cheese roll up was never heated.

I stopped at the drive-thru to place my order. However, I felt pressured to rush through the process. Initially, I interacted with an AI system via the loudspeaker, rather than a human. The experience was confusing and extremely loud, making it difficult for me to decide on my order. Fortunately, a human attendant eventually assisted me, allowing me to obtain my desired items. The overall experience, from placing my order to receiving it, was unnecessarily rushed, particularly given that there were no other customers behind me.
