Service: With an automatic 18% gratuity we weren’t sure what to expect. Unfortunately, we had slow and forgetful moments. Forgotten sides, appetizers same time as entrees and no refills, even of water.
Food: Tempura chicken fingers had a delicious coating but the chicken was very tough. Shrimp taco was very good but the carne asada was dry and tasted like liver. The burger had almost no whiskey sauce and asking more seemed like a lift considering the service up to this point. We also tried the mud pie and key lime. Mud pie is covered in chocolate syrup making it all you can taste and the key line tastes like it’s made with artificial lime. Very disappointing for the cost, $110.
My only problem a mother with a 3,4 and 8year-olds WHY is there charge gratuity fee ???
1. Did you guys not think I was going tip well enough?
2. Parents with Kids are charged extra?
I would like an answer from corporate, manager or supervisor why I was charged.????????????
There is nothing in the menu or on the website that states I would be charged EXTRA?? I would NEVER go to that establishment with a family again!!!! They’re very sneaky and con artist when it comes to money.
NOT Acceptable I will be posting everyone on social media
What made matters worse was the price point. For the quality and service provided, the cost felt unjustified and far from fair value. The combination of bland taste, slow service, and inflated prices makes it difficult to recommend this establishment.
Overall, while the setting itself was calm, it does not make up for the absence of consistency in food, pricing, and service. Sadly, this is not a place I plan on returning to.

Great food, excellent service, plenty of parking and roomy inside. Our server, Amber, was friendly, attentive and was very on the spot with refills and condiments. Shout out to great service!
Everyone in our party of 6 was very happy with the food. The kids both had the chicken tenders (amazing – perfectly cooked tempura tenderloins). I had the Korean Carnitas (pork) and Asian chicken tacos with street corn salad. Awesome awesome awesome! We were full so my husband ordered the Mississippi mud pie to go. If you are anywhere near this place at all, go have a great meal!! ❤️
There was plenty of parking in the plaza, but since it was quite empty, I was a bit concerned. Our server was kind and handed us the menu (she didn’t offer recommendations, not that she would have known it was our first visit).
I noticed the happy hour menu and decided to try a variety of items since we might not return, so why not make the most of it?
What an amazing surprise! The cauliflower wings were delicious, as were the tots. The rice and beans (sides from the quesadilla) were packed with flavor. We also tried the yuca fries, and while the flatbread was our least favorite, everything else impressed us.
Oh, and the happy hour menu includes churro waffles drizzled with chocolate and caramel, absolutely delicious! The restaurant also has two halls available for private events. If you’re in the area, don’t hesitate to check it out!
