I’ve been here 4 times and all times I’ve been here it’s just amazing. I really love the food especially their iced coffee, my friends also enjoyed this place just as much when I brought them.

Have been here several times and have brought several friends on different occasions. Each time everyone has left happy and satisfied. The food is DELICIOUS and the workers are friendly. Not a single person I’ve brought has complained whether you’re getting beef bulgogi or chilaquiles it’s gonna be a good time. Also their salsas are divine (so good you can eat them by itself) we always left them clean. Definitely will continue to come back and support this small business

Perfect blend! Hispanic with Asian! I’m in love. The food is great and the service is super friendly, the atmosphere is homely contemporary. I feel I’m home but with a garden flare. Aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Mimosa flights, pancakes, French toast!! I can have chilaquiles, french toast or curry! This is my cravings dream come true. Atmosphere is loungee and chill on one side but loungee and calm on the other. Enjoy a beer, a.classic coke, or the homemade Cafe de hoya. Something here for everyone, in my opinion.

Try the mango sago, skip the boba!

I recommend the chilaquiles they are delicious. The only problem I had was they charged a micheladas triple the price ($18) instead of happy hour price ($6) they had the sign on the table for happy hour Mon-Fri and said it is not correct they have it until Thursday they need to remove that sign. I was able to get a refund for the extra charge which was a lot ($12). Besides that all the food was good

Came on a Tuesday afternoon.

Ordered a breakfast burrito with birria and it was amazing. The chips that came with it was nice, the salsa was tasty and spicy, and the burrito was packed.

Overall would come again.

Be prepared to wait! I really enjoyed my breakfast — I had the pancake combo meal, and everything about it was great, no complaints on the food! However, the wait for everything was quite long. It looked like there was only one staff member handling everything, from taking orders to serving food and clearing dishes. She was doing her best and was very friendly, but they could definitely use an extra hand to help speed things up. Just a bit more help would make the experience a lot better.

Amazing Flavors at Sabino Kitchen!!

I tried the chilaquiles, nasi uduk, and chile relleno, and each dish was packed with flavor. The chilaquiles had crispy tortilla chips soaked in a rich, tasty sauce, topped with cheese, and fresh cilantro, creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of spice. The nasi uduk was soft, fragrant coconut rice and a mix of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors that made every bite delicious. The chile relleno was a cheesy treat, with a roasted poblano pepper stuffed with melted cheese, and topped with tangy tomato sauce. Every dish was made with care and tasted amazing. If you’re looking for delicious, comforting food, Sabino Kitchen is the place to go!

Location is in West Covina Park Way Plaza by yogurt land.

Oh and they have new drinks too, I tried the thai tea and it’s so goodddd!!

⭐ 10/10 – Highly recommend!

First time there and not coming back,

BEANS were definitely not good, acidic taste lime like, gentleman in the cashier admitted somebody else complained this morning about them and they continued to serve them. When refried beans go bad they taste like lemon… google it! We left every single plate except my daughters French toast that she liked, birria plate had too much seasoning. Chilaquiles had a different and strong after taste, our Michelada was sweet and not so spicy, again not very Mexican like.

We paid full price and even left a 15% tip.

Service was good and kind.

Chips & salsa were the best by far.

For a Mexican style restaurant it’s a hard pass from now on and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who knows good food.

I decided to explore the new places in West Covina and this one was one on my list for at least the past 3 months
The place was too hot as I entered but they advised me to seat near a ceiling fan which was ok but still it was hot, they need to turn the AC on.

I ordered the green pozole and I can say I’ve had better, a bit too watery, the chicken they put in the pozole tasted to me like it was shredded roasted store bought chicken. Their recipe needs to be revised, I took almost all of it home.
Also ordered the pink strawberry lemonade and it was delicious, I wish they made them bigger, not enough for my food. The served it in a mason’s jar which I loved.
The people were very courteous and asked if everything was fine at least twice which I appreciated.
I have to say that this restaurant is in a great location but they’ll have to decide whether they want to serve Mexican food or Asian because I hope if they focus on one kind of food they’ll do so much better. The restaurant was empty, I was the only customer, not normal for a Saturday late afternoon in West Covina. This is a new restaurant and I wish them all the best, I’ll visit again and try their chilaquiles.
