Food is absolutely delicious! So flavorful and hugeeee portions. It was karaoke night and we didn’t realize because we were in town for a convention and it was a fun surprise! They had lights and music playing with a dj to set the tone before people sang. Only complains are the tables were super sticky and the bright lights went in our eyes most of the meal haha.

This Mexican restaurant was a fun experience, great food and service. I give it 5 stars all the way. It’s loud so be ready for the noise and the margarita’s are to die for. Mariachi band was very entertaining so be ready to party.

The food was cold and didn’t taste good. I ordered the shrimp empanadas and it tasted like a literal onion. The rice tasted like literal chicken bouillon.
The wings were drenched in cold sauce. And didn’t taste good. The pastor meat taste like plastic.
They went back and warmed up the cold food. Came out worse than before.
And don’t get me started on the drinks. If you like rubbing alcohol and syrup. You might love it.
The ranch was good though! Hidden valley never miss.

Came here for the tail end of happy hour on a Friday night. Hugo, Tiana and the rest of the staff here were great! Very friendly and welcoming. Hugo provided amazing recommendations. We tried the taquitos, ceviche trio and margaritas. I don’t know about the other nights but we got a show with an amazing mariachi band tonight. Very nice place for date night, or to celebrate a special occasion. We will be back to try other plates on their menu!

Any time i can get great enchiladas suizas I am going to travel near and far. This time I traveled from Carthage, Missouri to Casa de Pancho for their amazing enchilada suizas. Also tried the quesabirria tacos and wet burrito. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Mariachi was awesome and played a good set. The DJ was even better playing some awesome dance music from a wide variety of genres. The food was great and drinks were strong enough to keep the dancin going all night.

We visited Casa de Pancho Mexican Grill in the Garden Walk plaza. It was a Saturday evening, and the only restaurant at the Garden Walk that didn’t have a one hour or more wait to be seated for our party of four adults and two children. We were greeted and seated quickly. We sat on the patio, which was pretty good, given there was live music inside the restaurant. Not that it wasn’t fairly loud outside, too. But, not as loud. We liked the selection of dishes. Prices were probably on par for the touristy area and restaurants in the vicinity. After placing our drink and dinner orders, we didn’t have to wait too long to be served. The food was plates nicely and of decently large portion size. Flavors were good and the food was served at a good temperature. It was fairly chilly this evening, so the food cooled quickly. But, still delicious. Overall a good dining experience. If you’re not into loud music, or somewhat boisterous happenings, then avoid this restaurant when there is live entertainment. We enjoyed the food and mostly enjoyed the atmosphere. The patio area does have some heaters for dining in the chilly evening.

Had a great experience! I was a little nervous dining by myself, but the friendly staff made me feel right at home. I’m from a town with a large Latino population, so I’m used to authentic Mexican food and Casa de Pancho delivered! The happy hour specials were excellent too. Huge shout out to my server, Dave, was excellent but all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I ended up here tonight!

We came here on a Friday night in December with no reservations for a party of 7 after 9pm. We were able to get a table, beware this place has really loud music. So it is a difficult place if you’re trying to catch up with friends. Both outside and inside with the DJ and they often have mariachi shows. It’s hard to hear each other while dining there but also large parties were hosting their holiday party there too. The service was quick and there was 15% gratuity already added on larger parties. We were able to split our bill in half too at the end for our large parties. We all got a round of drinks- espresso Martinis, I got the pumpkin martini, the dragonfly. Every person must order their own dish. I got the ponchos sampler, we also got the ceviche trio, the surf and turf burrito wet, a chicken and avocado salad, and the 2 taco plate with carne asada. Their carne asada was really good! And if it’s your birthday you get a free dessert! They also validate parking here.

Awesome spot. We visited twice and both times they did take about 8-10 minutes to get to us and take drink orders. Thats the only negative thing. The drinks are great and priced well, the food is great, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
We highly recommend getting the nachos. We had both carnitas and chicken and they were both the best nachos we have ever had.
One night had a live mariachi band and they were so fun as well.
