I only discovered Raising Cane’s a couple of weeks ago, and this was my second visit. I have never tasted chicken fingers this good and as juicy. The special sauce and cole slaw were also good. I like that they had fresh brewed iced tea, both sweet and unsweetened.

Customer service here was terrible. I asked for ketchup and the employee literally walked away. When we stayed at the drive to ask again, she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed that we were still there. After making us stand there, she finally said “uh, it’s in the bag.” Rude and completely unnecessary attitude.

Only ordered 2 tenders and 2 toast with a little side of sauce. Checked in at curbside and i was waiting a very long time no one came out yet so I called the guy said oh I have your order right here I’ll bring it out to you now. He was very polite. The food was cold since it was sitting there for so long. But other than it being cold it was very good and the guy on the phone was nice. 1st time every being here drove all the way from New York.

The amount of fries in your meal is less and less and less everyone I go. We like eating Raising Canes every now and then and unfortunately this is the closest one to me but it’s ridiculous the little bit of fries they put in your meal for take out

I used to LOVE this place but I will never be back after my experience on Wednesday 4/30. I went inside to eat there and ordered two 3 finger combos one regular breaded chicken and one with naked chicken. Waited about 20 mins when there was only one person ahead of me. When I received the order I got one three finger combo and one caniac combo with no naked tenders. Not what I ordered but I’m non confrontational and was too hungry to go up again and wait. As I bit into my chicken I thought the meat looked weird so I started checking my tenders and they were RAW. So disgusting. There was a line by the time this happened and I honestly didn’t want to cause a scene in front of everyone even though I should’ve. Please have your staff practice some food safety before serving people. Luckily I stopped eating and didn’t get sick but I’m appalled. Tried to call corporate and they haven’t gotten back to me yet.

I just wanted to thank you for your amazing staff. I sm at Deptford Raising Cane’s 4 times a week for my Grandson. He has eating issues and will eat the chicken if it is thin strips. From the first order, your staff has given me exactly what I asked for. Now most of them are familiar with my order. Some even know my name. The long awaited opening! Lines both in and out were huge, but at least inside, they moved quickly. We ordered the Box Combo, 4 tenders, fries, cole slaw, Texas toast, and a drink. Prices seemed to be on the high side compared to other chicken places. The chicken was very moist and tender! Breading is good too, but not crispy. Potatoes were fresh but not seasoned, so make sure to ask for salt/pepper. Cole slaw was creamy and crisp. Toast was nice size, and good. Staff was super friendly, and despite working out new place bugs, very quick! Dining room is much nicer than other chicken places!

Great place for chicken fingers (juicy and moist) cooked perfectly and sandwiches made from the fingers. Easy menu, but crowded place. Not a large sit down area, but they have an effective drive thru with 2 lanes. Clean and new.

We went on a Tuesday evening so it wasn’t too packed. Kids wanted something quick and my son really love the chicken fingers that I had to order an additional 3 pieces. Order two kids meal and the combo 4 pieces. My daughter made use of the stickers. The dining area is very small. Luckily majority of customers were in the drive up. I was surprised that there were about 10 employees working the drive up lane. It’s good to see that an empty spots for years bringing more jobs into the community. They were cleaning up empty tables and even walk around to check on your experience. The chicken is lightly breaded and not too crispy. Sauce is good. It’s amazing that all they sell is chicken fingers. Great atmosphere for family and outdoor dining. Will definitely be back.
