McDonald’s E. Michigan Ave you were NOT on point this morning how very disappointing. I rarely get breakfast but today I was treating myself. I should have saved my money! There was only carbonation in the Sprite I ordered, no sweetness at all and the Egg,Cheese biscuit was very dry and not flavorful as they had been in the past and the hashbrown was greasy tasting. Not the quickbreakfast I was hoping for and especially for the money. Very disappointed.

I don’t know what happened to the McDonald’s Brothers original speedy service. Because McDonald’s is most definitely not speedy anymore! Doesn’t matter the location almost every restaurant I try in town tells me the same thing. Would you mind pulling a hat and waiting a few minutes? I don’t want to eat a 45-minute old Quarter Pounder. But it just doesn’t seem like there ever prepared for lunch. I often grab a sandwich for lunch and only have a few minutes. So long story short I’m not going to habit of avoiding McDonald’s.

I ordered two steak bagels. One was good the other had a large piece of the grease tray liner under my cheese. I thought at first it was an old onion because it wouldn’t really break down after a few chews. After I couldn’t chew it up I pulled it out and saw it was paper. I opened my sandwich and saw a large piece of clear paper. This is what happens to the liner after it sits in the tray for an extended period of time. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten disgusting food from this store, usually though it’s just cold or old fries and burgers. Thats very poor quality control and it’s disgusting. It’s more disappointing because now the menu prices are way overpriced. We won’t go there anymore.

Food quality is getting worse. Smaller portions and higher prices. Too many “parking zones” instead of fixing timing issues with food production. Distracted employees. Often no napkins and incorrectly made orders.

The ladies at this McDonald’s are great. Fast, friendly and efficient. I’ve never gotten a bad breakfast burrito at this location.

Every time I come here 1 of my 2 double cheeseburgers only have 1 piece of cheese along with the fact that it takes forever to get help when you come inside and drive thru wasnt even busy today and there’s a big soda spill in the entry way leading from in front of the soda machine and instead of cleaning it they just put a wet floor sign over it
