Just finished the most unsatisfying meal at Wendy’s. Mayonnaise instead of requested mustard on burger, limp soggy fries and had to ask for my drink after getting my food in the drive thru. Quality of food was not up to normal Wendy standards. I’ll pass on this location in the future.

This location is sinister and evil. Both my partner and I have had THE worst nausea known to man, and we have iron stomachs, so for us both to have puked after eating here means there is something devilish going on in that kitchen. Health department needs to go in there and do a check up, never eating at this location again.

Every time that I come through this drive through my french fries are half full. I ordered a large today And when I checked my order after I pulled out of the drive-thru, again my french fries we’re half full. I had to wait 10 minutes for new fries. Because this time I went back through. just because it’s 11:00 at night and you don’t have enough french fries to fill up a large You shouldn’t send it out the window half full.
Edit:: Got home to eat and my Spicy chicken sandwich was hours old. So hard I couldn’t even eat it. Ordered a cinnamon pull and it was so old and hard that we couldnt eat that as well. I’m so over it. I worked 12 hour with nothing to eat and this was the meal I got. Spent over $30 in that drive-thru for it to be completely terrible

Ordered Jr Bacon cheeseburger with lite mayo and got extra mayo, so much that could not eat and had to throw away Bc I live across town and not worth taking back, also did not give me receipt and no straw for the drink. They need to start double checking orders, since they had 3 workers at the window getting orders ready.

The picture is of a Jr bacon cheeseburger. The skipped the lettuce and those two little brown crumbs are bacon. Along with not being a reasonable facsimile of a Jr. BCB the meat and fries were room temperature at best. I’ve never returned food but this day was the exception. My order was $13. When I returned the food and asked for a refund the manager would not even talk to me or make eye contact. Very poorly run.

This establishment is conveniently located near my residence, and my family and I are devoted patrons. The staff consistently exhibit a commendable level of attentiveness and helpfulness. On the rare occasions when an error has occurred with our order, they have rectified the situation promptly and with a pleasant demeanor. We fully intend to continue patronizing this establishment as long as the service remains exemplary.

Now, don’t get me wrong I love a good Wendy’s every now and then. I have been here my whole life and it’s progressively gotten… worse. I suppose it’s the same as a lot and the company itself contributed, absolutely. But here at this one. For a long time we had Jerry. He vanished a while back. He was the best. Ever since he left, orders have always been wrong or so out of it you’d think you’d ordered someone else’s meal. And inside? Eh. Fine, some days. Matter of timing and the season. May wait a while though.

If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. The late night staff is unbelievably rude and disrespectful.I visited last night ordering $24 worth of food and I didn’t even get half of it .And this wasn’t the first time . Also we have never once received a receipt.And every time I use the drive thru they seem to find something very amusing because they laugh at us for several minutes before even taking our order .
