Hoa Bien is definitely a go to place that we frequent for Vietnamese food. We’re always greeted immediately, and the service has always been excellent. We love their pho and noodle salads. The pho broth is near the top of our list as far as the taste goes. The various meats are always tender and flavorful. The egg rolls are really good! All of the add-ins for the pho always look and taste fresh. This is definitely a place that never disappoints!

We loved BÁNH HỎI THỊT NƯỚNG, service is very nice. We asked for extra sprout and pickles, they send to us very quickly

The only restaurant in Minnesota that has not let me down.
I always order the chicken pho and the Vietnamese Coffee and it’s the best thing i’ve ever had.
The service here is amazing and anyone who thinks differently is completely wrong. Kim has/is always been great. she knows my order and always makes sure that everything is amazing.
I genuinely have tried so many restaurants in the twin cities and nothing compares to Hoa Bien.

Wanted to grab something to eat after work, it was at a 4.9 star rating. Drove there. Food wasn’t that great as I’ve ate at many Vietnamese restaurants. Price was decent not too over pricy. Menu was pretty organized. Pho condiments, you have to ask for which I thought it was pretty weird since we’re no longer in the pandemic . Wish the chicken wings have more better seasoning.

I got the cream cheese wontons, Phở Đặc Biệt, and yellow bean dessert (Chè Đậu Xanh). My favorite pho is always a combination of beef. It was all so very good! The interior of the place is very cute and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to come back for more of that Chè Đậu Xanh!

4/5 Very great place for lunch! Above average for sure for taste, with nice service, and great classical music in the background, but both seats are old. Nonetheless, a great spot for your usual stop.
1. Bun Bo Hue 3/5: Great ingredients that includes pork blood cubes & pork hock. Not many places have that style. The broth is light and good but not rich and umami. Very well though.
2. Special Pho 3/5: Above-average broth that is light and tasty. Meat ratio to noodle ratio doesn’t match- light meat portion.
3. Bun cuon 5/5: Perfect tender wrap with a very good meat ratio inside. Suits in a bed of cucumbers, herbs, pork meatloaf slices, & fried onions/ shallots. The Nuac Mam was excellent! Perfectly salty with a hint of sweetness and tang. Definitely a must-dish to order and eat!

Went for the first time and ordered the rice platter with pork and some egg rolls. The platter was really good, so I’ll probably get it again. The egg rolls were super crunchy — my favorite. Customer service here was also great, our waitress was so nice.

We have been eating here for years. I don’t know what happened, but the new menu is limited and the food was barely mediocre. The fried rice was mushy and flavorless. The vegtable chicken was awful. Everything used to be so good. Did they sell to a new owner? Terribly disappointed.

Let’s say I had better elsewhere at many other restaurants base on what I ordered. The pho broth was greasy and has a very strong flavor and smell of a herb or spice I can’t think of now. Only 2 main condiments on the table I had to ask for more condiments just to put in the pho because the pho tasted horrible. I dont add anything in my pho if it taste good. Pho99 and Pho Pasture has the best pho and viet food so far

I ordered their pork egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were SO good I forgot to take a picture. They came with a delectable dipping sauce as well. I ordered tofu with spicy vegetables, which was also pretty good. I will say I didn’t feel so great later on that evening, but that could have been due to something other than what I had eaten. All in all, I’d still go back again.
