Lovely place to enjoy authentic, well-prepared Chinese food. The polite and courteous staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food is amazing, and the portions are large and generously served. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy Chinese cuisine.

I ordered take out with Uber Eats. After opening up each container of food I was like what is this… Kung Pao Beef looked so nasty it was overly breaded and had no taste just salty. The orange chicken was overly breaded as well, The chicken was so bland it was not flavorful at all. I called the same day and whoever answered took my name and number because they said a manager was not in at the time. I waited for a call back and no one ever did. I will not be ordering from here EVER AGAIN! What a waste of money and our dinner was ruined.

Soo yummy and fills up your tummy ❤️. I remember how it was before the new management and most of the food is the same which is great but the egg rolls are gross now , the filling used to be real cabbage and other veggies and now i think its a paste that was fz . They have new items that are delicious like the pork ribs ❤️ and the service is always great ❤️ . But the restaurant before had mood lighting and more authentic artwork and plants to enjoy and talk about but now its white, bright and clean with TV’s . Its just a different feel but the food is still yumm.

I have lived in the valley since ’91. This restaurant is one of the best Chinese food options around. The food is so good that I really wish I lived closer. Best broccoli beef I have ever had, hands down. Highly recommend this place.

This was a take out dish. The egg foo young was disappointing, not very tasteful. The singapore noodles were very good. Service at the location was very good.

Been coming here for over 10 years. This place is always consistent for me, food is always great, and everyone is always polite and accommodating. Some people may believe there is better but for the price, consistency, and quality, its no competition for me.

We recently had dinner at Abacus Inn and were disappointed with the experience. The food quality has significantly declined. I ordered the orange beef with fried rice. The beef was overly breaded and tasted like it came from frozen, while the fried rice was unremarkable. The egg rolls, which were once a highlight, are now smaller and filled with mushy chicken—definitely not the same quality as before.
My husband had the sautéed spicy beef, and his main issue was the lack of balance—there were far more vegetables than beef, and the spice overwhelmed the dish. The white rice was overcooked and had a pasty texture.
Overall, the meal fell far short of our expectations, especially considering the standards Abacus Inn used to uphold.

We highly recommend Abacus Inn. Last night me and my fiance went for dinner. We had the dumplings and crab puffs for our appetizers which were very good. Our entrees were Shrimp Egg Foo Yung and Beef Chow Fun both which we highly recommend. We will definitely be going back. One very pleasant thing was extremely nice staff with smiling faces. Thank you Helen

My husband and I have loved Abacus for some time now. We recently made a trip to have dinner. We live downtown Phoenix, and granted, it’s not out of state. We have trouble getting over here. It’s no surprise that their food is still so delicious! My husband had the “Happy Family and I’d like to tell you what I had, I am not very good with remembering what I had. Take a look at the dishes below. I love the fortune cooks, even though they are very cornie.

Wow! What happened here? It’s been about 1.5 years since I’ve been here. It’s nothing like it was. Our Egg Drop Soup was Luke-warm and lacked flavor. I ordered my favorite dinner …Kung Pao Two. It was missing the peanuts, the peppers tasted nothing like Kung Pao! My wife ordered the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce which was mediocre and had few shrimp but the plate was loaded with green peppers. These dinners were not like anything from the past. This place has obviously had a change of ownership. It is no longer my favorite Chinese in this part of town. Oh, and prices are significantly higher.
