If you have the munchies and the first thing that comes to mind is fried chicken, I will tell you my experience with places that serve fried chicken as a regular restaurant or a fast food place, there are many places to serve fried chicken, in the past. I evaluated many places that serve fried chicken. This time I will evaluate KFC, in the past this FF restaurant was one of the leading places when it referred to chicken, and guess what ? It’s still the front running establishment for fried chicken, and this survey is based on my latest visit to KFC, the chicken was like Colonel Sanders said , it’s finger liking good , I called finger licking great, every time I go to KFC I’ll be exiting the place with a great smile because I am very pleased with my decision, KFC gives you a choice of crispy or extra crispy and there are sides that they will offered with your meal, this time I ordered the 3 piece meal with mashed potatoes and a cola drink. And believe me everything in my order was as satisfying as it could be ,my extra crispy chicken was delicious and so the mashed potatoes and together with my cola it was a complete meal. You can’t go wrong choosing this restaurant, better yet I will recommend this place for a very delicious experience, I will rate this restaurant a 10 out a 10 for the food flavor, the service and the convenience to have a well easy to find location , by the way there are other products available , like waffles with chicken and chicken sandwiches and other chicken products.

Do NOT waste your time at this establishment. I ordered a basket with thighs and drumsticks, plus some extra drumsticks on the side. I received the completely wrong basket. Instead I received breasts and wings. The extra chicken on the side? Wrong as well. The biscuits with the order? They were smashed in a paper towel and shoved into the box. I called them to fix the order and all they offer me was $3. That’s not gonna cover the tax on the order, let alone replace the cost of the extra chicken or the basket they messed up.
This is not the first time this place has messed up their food. You can’t call them because no one ever answers the phone. Instead you have to call and go through their corporate to try and resolve any issues…. Not that they actually to my to resolve anything.
It you feel like fried chicken, you Re better off driving to Clifton.

Very disappointed in the service and food why the Manager Amelia at KFC north ave would think its ok for her team to put out burnt chicken I paid for 8 piece white only extra $2 a piece original had to wait for biscuits was ok after 10min wait go inside a lobby full of people waiting get my order go out check order go back in and ask for a order of white meat that isn’t burnt only to be told they don’t have any and it would be a 30min wait I asked Amelia why she would allow that burnt chicken to go out she responded i didn’t see it. As a Manager and at dinner time they should never run out of chicken or biscuits period.
KFC should look for a more experienced person to manage.

Took the new deal which was the Tuesday $10 bucket to go.They never mentioned or posted it was just legs and thighs. And it just was not very good.
We normally love KFC, but last three times we have got their food KFC has tried are patience with messing the order up and the chicken not being very good.

Don’t order here, the employees don’t know how to read. I order a famous bowl with no corn, and every time I’ve ever ordered it has corn. They don’t know how to read, don’t care to read, or simply just don’t care at all. Any modifications won’t be met or even considered. Worst fast food restaurant in town hands down

The fries were at least an hour old, there were weird black spots on my bun, the chicken was very hard, and I was scared to eat any of the food. I tried but I honestly thought I’ll get food poisoning. I think that the food should always be fresh. I ordered my food online too so I definitely would have expected that it would be fresh. The man named Michael chose not to give me my DoorDash order after actively showing him my account. Have gone in for several years and have never had an issue. He ended up kicking me out, poor customer service had no cap on his thin lined temper. Will be going higher to make sure this does not happen again

This KFC has given me consistently great service and food. Today Ashlee was very nice and helpful with my complicated order. She made combos where she could to save me money. The food came quickly and tasted great! I recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone wanting good food, good service and a great value!
