First of all the staff you have working there are unbelievably rude! Stood up front and waited 45 minutes for pizza after I was told about 10 minutes?? I ended up walking out without the food. Girl at the counter said there were orders ahead of mine? Does the oven only fit 1 pizza at a time? Ridiculous wait time and rude staff. Several people walked in and walked out with their food while I just sat there and waited.

The fukn food was nasty I never taste pizza hut like that..bought a little dinner box online.it says will be ready in 15min
I arrived in 13min.the big lady went to the back her and Mike I remember the cook name..I actually waited in the lobby for 15 to 20 min.i asked her is my pizza still hot.her first response.was I haven’t mad it yet..they made me wait 10more minutes I’m thinking it’s fresh.i get home down the street.the pizza warm..the cheese sticks was stacked with cheese I or light cheese the cinnamon sticks was on a whole another level it looked like a whole bunch of caked up cinnamon at the top and everything was cold I spent at least about 15 $16 and I only ate two pizzas I was supposed to take it back but I was so busy that I couldn’t go back and get my money that was a horrible experience from Pizza Hut I will download a picture.now if y’all take the time and read this and reimburse me my money I will erase the comment thanks have a blessed day.

The pizza was okay. It tasted fine, but it was pretty dry, as if it was left in the oven or warmer for too long. Granted, I picked it up about 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be done, but I’ve picked pizza up that late at other pizzerias, and they were not dry. The staff was also not present at the register when I arrived, so we had to shout for them after a minute or two of waiting.

Do not visit this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Pizza Hut. Deliver or To-Go or Carry out from some place else.
This is their version of the “Detroit Style” pizza on February 22, 2021. The manager offered a remake and said it’s going to look just like this. This is what it’s supposed to look like and this is how we were taught. I explained that the ENTIRE PURPOSE of Detroit Style pizza is a ton of cheese including crust made of cheese. If I wanted a regular pizza with normal crust then I’d have ordered that type. I showed him the picture of how this pizza is supposed to look and he gave me a refund. By the way it even describes the pizza on the box. Tried to call 10 minutes later asking for the manager and same guy answers the phone claiming to be the highest manager and doesn’t have a boss I can speak with. Also told me to try a different Pizza Hut if I want to then told me to have a nice day & hung up on me. Don’t waste your time there. Get the food you want and paid for.

I ordered a medium size pepperoni pizza that was 20 something they said for delivery I had to ordered something else. I ordered chicken wings then it was 30 something. Well medium size looked like a small size pizza and it had no taste whatsoever! And instead of 6 wings I got 4 that also was tasteless and what a waste of my money. NEVER AGAIN!!!
