Extremely disappointed. Not only did they mess up the order by giving me two of the same items on a Bigger Plate, but there was a fly in the food. Completely ruined my meal and was a total waste of money. Stay away.

Mia provided excellent customer service at Panda Express. She was friendly, patient, and very welcoming, even during a busy time. She helped with recommendations, encouraged me to try different drinks, and maintained a great attitude throughout. She also informed me about the 20% discount for downloading the Panda Express app, which saved me $10 on a family pack order. Her positive energy truly stood out and made the experience enjoyable. I don’t know what these comments are all about. I’ve been to Panda Express stores in 11 states and this is so far the tastiest and cleanest. I just went to this Panda for lunch and it was amazing. Food was hot, tasty and not dry. Customer approach was very good. My cashier Tania set me up an account and gave me a discount without even asking. Definitely worth a visit.

I go to this one pretty frequently. I was appalled at the poor and discriminatory service provided my the manager Emerald. He kept insinuating I wanted free or extra food because I asked for a to go container to separate my son’s broccoli. I offered to pay for the empty box. He told me panda express cannot separate food which is odd because it’s in separate food pans before it’s given to customers. The cashier messed up my order and he told her since she gave the wrong thing he’d have to scoop out some rice out of the bowl so I don’t have too much. I’m like wth lol. It was an odd interaction that he kept telling me the specific measurements I’m supposed to have in the container

Came in for a quick bite, got the Bigger plate, got the Pomegranate Pineapple Lemonade, everything was Hot, fresh and looks good! Customer service was great! Filipina lady was nice and friendly and the young lady at the register I think her name is Tania, she sold me on the drinks with samples and she treats the customers good! I’ll be back! Good job

Tried the Orange Chicken Bowl at Panda Express and it was delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy, the sauce had the right balance of sweet and tangy, and the portion was generous. Quick service and great taste—definitely worth it!

Empty line for a reason. The food quality just honestly was not good eating it right now with gooey steak that is clearly old. My kung pao chicken is three pieces at Best filled with nothing but squash. I won’t be returning to this location and heaps of white rice that’s pretty much it.

I have never giving a 1 star rating. I called this store for ten minutes, each time someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called to report that I ordered through the app and my delivery never came. I spoke to Felicia, she claimed to be one of the managers there. I was interrupted and spoke with such disrespect. She was not helpful. Her response to me not receiving my order after a hour from the expected time : “We already did our part and someone picked up your order”. She did not assist any further, no apology, no customer service whatsoever. I am very disappointed in the lack of service I received. Customer service means empathy, respect, and kindness to customers that “choose” your business.

Omg the staff in here are so nice and accommodating. Very great friendly service! And the restaurant is clean. Food looks fresh. The only thing I don’t like is that they give a very small portion of the premium items. You pay more to get less.
