I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Hardee’s. When I got home and checked the bottom of my bag, I found a cigarette inside. That is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. There is no reason something like that should ever end up in a customer’s food bag. This makes me seriously question the cleanliness and standards of this location. I won’t be returning until this issue is addressed.

The food was hot and delicious. I asked for extra ketchup for my big hit ham and cheese with fries. I pulled over to eat, and there was not any ketchup in the bag. I pull up to go inside to get some ketchup at 8 p.m., and the doors are locked. I had to get back in the drive-thru line behind the cars already there. I get up to the window, and she’s says $28.44, and I tell her I did not get any ketchup. I finally, after 10 more minutes after getting my food, I finally git the ketchup I originally asked for.

Stopped in about an hour before closing and girl in the drive thru had hateful attitude. Milkshake machine was down and only had a couple drink options available. Despite being the only customer was told to pull up and waited 10 minutes for food to arrive. At least the food was decent.

Employees are generally grumpy for the most part. If you go through the drive thru there’s a good chance you’ll be shorted & you’ll have to pull up past the window and wait for food. New fries suck, onion rings no longer on the menu (which were really good). It will work in a pinch, but mostly a mid experience

Mobile order said pick up at 7:08 wasn’t ready at 7:15 they ran out of coke and brought out my order at 7:30. Chicken tenders were dry and cold. The fries were cold as well. I’ll try them again at a latter date maybe for breakfast.

My husband just left your location, and unfortunately, his order was extremely disappointing. The bread was hard, the burger was cold and tasted old, and the fries were just as bad. Went in at 6pm. No one else in dining room. Two employees loudly arguing in dining area. When one got done arguing she took my order telling me they were all out of fries. I will never go back to this Hardies.
