Surprisingly cute hidden gem of Vegas. Local airport cafe/diner with friendly staff, affordable options, and beautiful views of the valley. Was definitely the youngest customer that day as most were retired age lol but I didn’t mind it. 🙂

I would recommend this place on the atmosphere with the plane decorations and being able to watch the planes take off. Nothing fancy, just fun for the kiddos. As another review stated, if their food could match the quality of the service it’d be ++
We weren’t offered any free cookies or dessert as other reviews mentioned

Great breakfast and lunch spot. From the windows of the dining room, you can see planes take off and land. Kids would love it here! Most of the clientele are older veteran types. The food here is good. The prices are cheaper than they have any right to be. Most entrees are between $9 and $15, with most being on the mid to lower end of the spectrum.

We’ve been going to this great little Cafe at the N Las Vegas airport main terminal for more than a decade. It is adorned inside with many remote control planes and models. Plus photos of US air history and photos. Plus there’s a roof top viewing area to walk out and watch all sorts of small aircraft take off and land. The food is outstanding and Tara has added Robs Buttery Grits to the menu! They can accommodate very large parties with some advance notice. We’ve had up to 20 guys there for breakfast on a Saturday some months. Also, I suspect many you may see there have lived here for more than 6 or 7 decades and might love for you to show an interest in what they know and have lived! Check the hours before you go 7am to 2pm!

Nice Restaurant located inside the North Las Vegas Air Terminal. The food was good down home cooking and flavorful. Staff was personable and efficient going above & beyond to accommodate our experience. It’s very comfortable, catering to locals as well as private fliers. The tables are arranged to accommodate watching the planes land and take off while you eat. Or you can watch from the outside patio. Prices were reasonable, and the portions are large. One of our party couldnt eat onions and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs. We will be returning, and I will add pictures.
Great place to avoid the congestion of the city.
Update: we visit often, and they never disappoint.

Outstanding breakfast experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness from the staff. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of — they never let your coffee get cold and are always checking in without being overbearing.
I ordered the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns, and it was absolutely fantastic. The steak was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, the gravy was rich and flavorful, and the eggs were cooked exactly how I asked. The hash browns had that perfect golden crunch that’s hard to find. You can tell they really take pride in the food they serve.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, giving off a warm, family-oriented feel that’s rare these days — especially for a small airport café. You can see regulars chatting with the staff and families enjoying their meals, which says a lot about the kind of place this is.
If you’re looking for a hearty, delicious breakfast served with genuine hospitality, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back soon!

We had breakfast at this out of the way breakfast spot this morning. It is located at the North LV airport. Plenty of tables, nice servers. They even gave us free cookies. The food came out fast. However, it was some very basic fare. My chicken fried steak was mushy and severely overseeled. The steak came out on some basic/ bland white gravy and leaking dark grease. The hashbrowns and eggs were great. My father had the senior breakfast. The pan cake was fluffy. I wish the food had matched the quality of the servers. I hope them the best, but I don’t believe I will be back.

Good food, great prices, amazing views!
Like most “small airport cafe’s”, this one is a hidden gem! Many of the patrons appeared to be current or retired pilots, but all are welcome. The menu has all the standard fare at really great prices. The only negative was we accidentally sat in the “far end” of the restaurant. There are TWO unmarked stairways leading up to the cafe. So you can think you’re “grabbing the first table” when, in fact, you’re as far from the hostess/waitress station as you could be.
So, when you enter the airport, find the entrance closest to the front, next to the “dedication plaque” and beside the (usually empty) car-rental booths. Ignore the fact that there is absolutely no indication that the stairs lead anywhere, and go up to this lovely cafe.
Sit down and have some coffee, after you order your breakfast, get up and, if the weather is nice, go outside onto the observation deck to watch some take-offs/landings or just admire the views of Las Vegas and the mountains. If it’s too hot, stay inside and look at all the model planes and historical photos. Either way, there is a LOT to see.
