They made a special noodle dish that I asked for (I’m a veggie girl) and it was great! Just a tweak to something they were already offering. Sushi fresh and beautifully presented. Amiable decor. Will go again.

If you’re looking for fresh and flavorful sushi in Dover, Rice Fusion is a must-visit spot! Their menu is full of creative options, but for me, the sweet potato sushi rolls are the real standout. Perfectly crispy, sweet, and balanced with just the right amount of seasoning—every bite is pure perfection.
The ambiance is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking to try something new, Rice Fusion delivers every time. Highly recommend stopping by and treating yourself!

I ordered the General Tso’s combination platter and the Sweet & Sour Chicken combination platter through DoorDash.
Pros: I requested that the pork fried rice be replaced in both platters with vegetable fried rice, which the restaurant did. The rice had perfectly salted and had a good balance of vegetables. No complaints with the rice.
Cons: The egg rolls that came with both platters were too salty and dry. The General Tso’s chicken—despite being tagged as spicy (and I requested extra spicy)—was overly sweet, not spicy, and did not come with the standard broccoli. The Sweet & Sour Chicken was bland; for the price, I expected the sauce to come with bell pepper or pineapple (which used to be standard).
Overall, I would not repurchase from this restaurant. After paying over $40 for two combination platters, the food wasn’t worth it.

Such a great recommendation from my brother!
This is some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The service was prompt and so incredibly respectful and friendly. The food came out promptly and servings were enough to make two meals out of a single order.
I’m a fan of spicy food and the spice here is hot but not in a way that overwhelms the underlying flavors. The sushi was also excellent and tasted fresh and you can even watch the chefs make it in the dining room.
Will definitely return to continue eating my way through the menu.

It was a nice time, no one else eating there. A lot of folks picking up take out. Food was good, not crazy good. Seamed fresh. Like everywhere else, it was kind of pricey.

The sushi was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant and employees were very friendly & polite. Nice, relaxing restaurant to enjoy your meal with a friend or with a family of four.

Lovely place with nice lighting and warm colors. Small sushi bar seating with tables and booths. Food was asian mostly Japanese/Sushi but with some Chinese and Thai options. Food was well presented with fresh vegetables and delicate sauces which surprises, as the fare might be familiar but their approach to it is not your average Asian restaurant. For example, the garlic sauce was just the right amount of lightly flavored spice without being heavy or overwhelming where it costs thickly like at most typical restaurants. Friendly neighborhood atmosphere this place will not disappoint!

Very good customer service. The servers were respectful and On their toes. Attentive workers. The food came out looking delicious. Could of cleaned around the plate. Looked like they poured it off the plate back in the pot. They served us can sodas with ice cups. That we didn’t like. Was a lil on the warm side. I like my food hot. Also no kids menu. I have three so it would of been more pleasing with crayons and pages and maybe a kids menu. They also sold no type of juice being as though my kids dont drink soda. They had to have water. I wish they had fountain drinks on tap. But overall the food was a good. Beef and chicken was tasty had a lil dry taste. The gravy was different for that recipe but simple. Dimmed lighting set the mood. But not for kids. The food is a little overpriced. But overall my wife loved it. It was ok for me and the kids say thumbs down!

Meh. Hoping for better. The General Tso’s was not crisp enough nor flavorful enough, though my wife enjoyed her Cantonese noodles with shrimp.
Pricing was okay, at roughly $15 a head.
New menu that staff at front was not familiar with hurts them some.
Update 7/9/22:
Still a 3 star in my opinion.
