The Parker House has great food, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location is great. What makes me give them a 2 star rating is one of their kitchen personnel went to the bathroom and he didn’t wash his hands. I said something to the hostess but it was already too late. The good taste of food was marred by the grossness of his pee pee hands touching the bathroom door leaving the bathroom. I doubt I’ll be going back.

I had a really good time with a big group at The Parker House. It’s located just a block from the beachfront; as long as you aren’t wearing a swimsuit, you can get in. The restaurant was not so busy on a weekday, but gets quite packed on weekends in the summer. Our group shared the shrimp cocktail appetizer, which was very fresh, and for lunch I had the Pan Seared Crab Cake Sandwich with a side of Cole Slaw and lemonade. Really good! The service was excellent—the wait staff was friendly, answered all of our questions, and very attentive. A really fun experience; I recommend it!

Btw, they also have bands playing on a regular basis at night. They have a schedule posted on their website.

Went in for apps and drinks. Ended up staying a little later since we arrived right when dinner was about to be served. After waiting 45min for dinner service, we ordered (was one of the first) but took almost an hour to receive our food. Some dishes were also cool not warm. We were wearing beach attire but A table that sat down dressed up around an hour after us ended up getting better service and their food first. Might try again one day, but not impressed. Too pricey for what it was. Drinks were on point though, no complaints there

Seasonal entertainment venue neighboring communities patronize featuring a very popular weekend happy hour, summer afternoon specials downstairs, light summer fare on the back porch, and daily fine dining in the upper levels, porches and dining room. There’s something for everyone here! They even accommodate seasonal renters.

The Parker House is not only a lively night spot for fun, it also serves me well when I venture out to shop in Spring lake. Lunch on the porch is lovely when open. Thanks for all the good food and fun! Try the Spring Laker with your lunch. It will be a lovely day!

Our dream came true – we got married at the Parker House! My family has been rooted in the Sea Girt area since the 1940s, with the Parker House serving as a common thread through generations. Growing up, I heard amazing stories from my father about summers at “The Shore” and unforgettable moments at the Parker House. I myself have been summering here for 30+ years.

When I met the woman of my dreams (now MY WIFE!), I began bringing her to the shore every summer, and of course, to the Parker House. Both of us have been coming here for years, carrying on my family’s tradition of afternoon back porch sliders and lobster rolls, followed by late-night dancing and drinks.

One memorable summer day, while at the back porch, we had the flirty conversation about having our wedding at the Parker House. We were certain this was the perfect place to get married, with its status as an unofficial national landmark for the Northeast, its Casa Blanca by the beach feel, and the opportunity for us to return and enjoy it every summer.

On October 5th, 2024, we made that conversation official. The entire experience exceeded our wildest dreams. We had a stunning grand cocktail-style wedding and had the pleasure of working with the best event manager, Maura, who also got married at the Parker House. This made our wedding day feel like we were working with family with everyone truly invested in ensuring my wife and I had an unforgettable day.

With Maura, Lauren, and all of The Parker House staff, it was without a doubt the perfect weekend. The food, atmosphere, and attention to detail were unparalleled. We still receive rave reviews from guests about our wedding here and how refreshing the venue was. I mean, how many people get to say they had their first dance in “God’s Basement”!

Thank you to Maura & the entire Parker House team, we cannot wait to be back there this summer to be the annoying couple telling everyone over a drink and sliders that we got married here and how we will continue to dance the night away until we’re old and frail.

I stopped by The Parker House for the first time today and it most certainly won’t be my last. Everything from the Colossal Shrimp Cocktail to the Parker House Lobster Roll was utterly fantastic. The Shoestring Fries were a tad on the salty side, but overall delicious. My waitress Maggie was warm, friendly and attentive. My order came out fast and fresh. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Maura at Parker House just handled my daughters Baby Shower. We definitely made the right choice. We were impressed from the moment we met with Maura. Her knowledge and experience put us at ease. With her hands on guidance we had the most beautiful event we had hoped for. Maura communicated with us and gave us excellent suggestions. It rained all day so we had to move the event inside. Maura and her team did not skip a beat. The day of the event went off perfectly. Maura and her team were attentive to every single one of our guests. The best bonus was is that the food was amazing!

Four of us dined at Parker House in Long Beach, California. My first time there. Excellent food, cocktails, service and ambience. I had a 7 ounce filet mignon which was tender and delicious. It came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Husband had blackened salmon, others had sushi and fish and chips. Crab dip and some mini wraps for appetizers. I recommend this restaurant if you want a sophisticated evening. (Bring your parking lot ticket. Parker House validates parking so you save a portion of the parking fee.). We spent around $300us for 4 main dishes, 2 appetizers, and 2 cocktails.
