Fantastic meal, great service, beautiful restaurant. We had a lovely meal for our anniversary, our server was so kind and attentive. We had the alcapurrios, green goddess salad, ceviche, clam & longoniza casserole, and the pork belly with ginger rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly, but the standout items were the ceviche and green goddess salad. The green beans were cooked to tender perfection, and the ceviche was perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!

The food is amazing here. We got the toast app, ceviche, fried chicken with mango (spicy yet balanced), halibut over lentils, clam with beans and the pork crepes (which are not to miss). The cocktails were a perfect compliment to the delicious meal. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was great. A must stop if you visit San Juan and don’t forget the clarified espresso martini!

We have lived in Puerto Rico since 2021. This is the best restaurant on the island and it isn’t close. Incredible flavors and dishes you will not have anywhere else in the world.

Super highlights for me are the

Green Goddess Cucumber Salad

Catch of the Day

Tres leches

And some corn dish

You would never be able to describe this place properly, any attempt will not encompass. Go and experience it for yourself. I’ve eaten thousands of fine dining experiences and this is top 10.

What’s happening here, from the front to the back, is something you simply should experience. Vianda is undoubtedly run on pure passion; a living art fed by constant fine tuning and dedication. I am thankful such a place exists.

Vianda lives rent free in my mind, forever thinking about when I will be able to return next and who else I can introduce to what has become one of my favorite places to eat. Don’t sleep on making a reservation, this place is deserving of all its accolades and more.

Went to Vianda to celebrate a special night of friendship, and it did not disappoint. It made the night even more memorable.

Our drinks, En Las Nubes, Corazón de Melón, Pika Piña, and Pomarola Fizz, were crafted to perfection. They were delicious, balanced, and delightfully exotic.

We tried a variety of dishes. The Ceviche was fresh and creative. The Secreto Ibérico and Pastelón de Pernil were inventive takes on Puerto Rican flavors. The Crepas de Morcilla had flavors that made me dance with every bite. The Agnolotti de Maíz were puffy pasta pillows filled with deliciousness. To finish, we had the Tres Leches with pistachio, which was subtle but tasty.

Our servers were attentive throughout the night. The vibe was enjoyable, although it was a bit loud, which made conversation with companions slightly challenging.

I would definitely return and recommend this place

Dining experience at Vianda was incredible! Appreciated the warm, zen ambiance with soft lights and hanging plants. Servers were so kind, and the flavorful fresh food comprised one of the best meals we’ve had in Puerto Rico. We split the green goddess salad and the tender pork belly, as well as the mud pie dessert. Nothing we would change about our experience, wishing we had more time to come back and try other dishes!

I came here for an early dinner on a Thursday night and left utterly pleased with my experience. The service was stellar and the drinks were so, so good. The food was truly Michelin star level quality. Highly recommend it! Special shine for the ceviche and the pork belly dishes.

Amazing spot! We loved every aspect of the menu, the vibe, and the service. Totally top notch! Our advice for cold-climate Americans: this is a TROPICAL climate and can be very humid. We ate a lot of food and it was delicious, but it’s hot food and we felt clammy because we were kinda overdressed and we were not used to hot food in a hot environment. So dress in light clothing, order some cold cocktails, and take your time eating. Food is soooo worth it. It’s pricey but not insane as the dishes own up to the value. We are 100% coming back next time we are in San Juan.
