Ordered online 2 chicken finger plates added extra fries instead of coleslaw. The fries look like small for both chicken finger plates, the fingers look more like nuggets. Picture attached.

I am happy to update my review. The service after my interaction with with the second manager was exceptional. She was able to better explain the process and how they can grow as a staff. People have bad days and I completely understand. Thank you for reaching out and fixing the problem to make our local Zaxby’s better!!!

My review is of assistant manager Dominique Gillette. Less than stellar representation of a company. I ordered my food at the speaker and was instructed it would be a 6-10 minute wait . I said that’s fine what can I get without waiting. I ordered those items that were recommended. I get to the window I pay and get my drinks. A min later I was told I have to park and wait. Confused I asked if I have to wait why did I order the food recommended if I have to wait anyways. I asked to wait at the window since I was already lied to once. They said no and that I had to park if I wanted my food. Given the ultimatum I asked for a refund. Dominique happy to be rude said absolutely. She said please give me the drinks back telling to the back kitchen cancel that order now. She didn’t try to resolve the situation nor offer any remorse. Finally she hands me half a receipt with nothing on it. I asked for the entire receipt as I did not have one and wanted to make a review. She told me no and that it’s been closed and she couldn’t give me a receipt. She shut the window and started dancing in the window trying to ignore me. I waited for another 5 minutes and finally she produced one. I asked if she was the manager and if she was having a bad day. She began to point at her name tag and spelling it acting very disrespectful. I hope in the end a camera is pulled to review the experience. I’m gonna eat Zaxbys either way but allowing people who represent you act that way on behalf of a business needs to be known.

This Zaxby’s has been doing great this year!!
Went thru DT- greeted quickly and very nicely- ordered 2 chick fingers and lg fries crispy/well done. Despite 2 cars in front of me, it only took about 2 min to reach the window where I was greeted with a smile and friendly words.
I expected to wait on my fries – and was asked to pull up. My wait was about 2 minutes and the server that delivered my food was smiling and even asked if I needed anything else and said “I hope your day is wonderful “…..
Food was PERFECT!! Saying that is a lot for me BUT it was delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered!

Sat in line for 30 minutes for this? Saddest zalad I’ve ever seen and definitely not worth $14. Hardly any lettuce, very disappointed.

I was so disgusted with the treatment that I have received today. I ordered a boneless wings meal and as soon as I got home as I was eating my food I was chewing and pulled hair out of my mouth. I instantly threw up and then called to speak to a manager for a refund. There was no apology or anything, simply told to bring the receipt with the food. As I entered the drive thru again, I returned the food as well as my receipt and card for refund which again there was no apology. As I was leaving I noticed that it was only a partial refund, came around again and she still charged me for my drink. Anastasia was the server with AirPods in her ears which is why I guess nobody checked the food with hair in it during a global pandemic in the first place. Will not be going back ever.

I usually love this Zaxby’s but I am very disappointed and I don’t think I will be going back. Yesterday 4/25/22 I went early afternoon and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal with extra fries (that I paid for) and cheddar bites. I got home in less than 5 minutes and open my food. There were no extra fries and they were very cold and soggy. Then I open my cheddar bites and they didn’t even cover the bottom of the little tray (for over $5) they usually are mostly to the top. Tonight I get a Zalad which is half the size it normally is. The district manager there expects you not to eat and to bring the food back to get credit. I didn’t see my salad until after they closed and I am starving so guess I’m screwed
