We had an outstanding experience with Jimmy’s BBQ catering our daughter and son-in-laws wedding for 225 guests. From start to finish, their communication was clear, prompt, and professional. The food was absolutely excellent—beautifully presented, flavorful, and we received rave reviews from all our guests. One of the standout aspects was their flexibility with the menu; they were more than willing to accommodate dietary needs and customize dishes to suit our preferences. Working with them was easy and stress-free, and the results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Saw the reviews wanted to try it out. I bought a pound of brisket and a whole slab of what was supposed to be loin back ribs.
Very disappointed, brisket was dry with no seasoning and the ribs are definitely not loin back, they were huge bones, they are definitely spare ribs. No seasoning on the ribs and the ribs are dry… Having smoked many ribs over the years I’ve never had that kind of appearance on the outside, maybe held under heat lamp ?

The last few times we’ve eaten at Jimmy’s its been fantastic. The brisket sandwich was very very good, not much fat at all. And the sauce is much better than the competition over here in Ames. My wife and I like to take the bike out on nice evenings and found ourselves at Jimmy’s tonight. Thanks for making it a perfect night for us.
