I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location tonight. The employee working the front seemed extremely unsteady she was tripping over things, moving around erratically, and seemed very out of it. Her behavior made the whole situation feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. She asked me to pull up to the side for a very small order, even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all. Despite there being no rush, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for a quesadilla combo. When the food finally came out, it was cold, which was frustrating considering the long wait. Overall, the service felt disorganized and the staff member’s behavior was concerning. This was one of the worst Taco Bell visits I’ve had, and I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience.

Not only was my order incorrect the woman working the window was atrociously rude and basically handed me my food half opened. Y’all need to get it together because this isn’t the first time yall haven’t paid attention to an order. What if I was allergic to tomatoes?

Very poor quality, poor customer service, some lady took our order, she had our order wrong… she was not the nicest either… whoever the drive thru girl was at 10 pm, on 2/5/2023 shouldn’t be a worker at all…

Driver thru kid he could not get my order right. I made it clear that I wanted a chicken quesadilla with no sauce. What did I get? A cheese quesadilla with sauce on it. I also ordered cinnamon twists. Guess what? No cinnamon. If I’m going to pay for food, why can’t I get it right. Sad thing is, this isn’t the first time. How hard is it to get an order right? I work at a shop and I don’t forget to put oil in a car. Disappointed and plan on contacting corporate as it seems there are multiple people who have complained about the same thing and seems like nothing changed. Sounds like bad management. Everyone looked like they hated their job. And drive thru kid, how bout make sure kitchen isn’t blasting music when I’m ordering or when I’m at the window trying to pay. Maybe you would get a order right.

I would advise you to pass on the 3378 memorial blvd location.
My food was not fresh and I truly believe that my 3 year old could have done a better job of preparing the tostada I ordered had she been shown how to assemble it. If I’m able to post a picture on here you will see what I mean.
I tried calling and could not get anyone to answer so I called the one just down the road from them and was told that that location had a different district manager but was known to have numerous complaints.
I did return my food for a refund, but I will drive the extra distance to another location if I want Taco Bell in the future.

We ordered from the kiosk to avoid any mistakes. Our food took forever and then they forgot we ordered drinks. I asked for our cups and the kid behind the counter looked annoyed. Our tacos were just meat, how do you forget the cheese and lettuce? The cheese rollups and chalupas were extremely small and had barely anything in them, they were not worth the money we paid for them. This location has gone downhill, we won’t be back.
