Staff did a great job and was very attentive while we were there on a Monday. Where things go off the rails are food quality and flavor. Understandable that they are still looking for a cook but that is no excuse. Stay away from the hamburgers typical frozen patty flavorless. Potatoes for breakfast were a bit off. portion size is not what everybody claims it is on these reviews. the value for money is not there. Here’s hoping management or ownership changes the flavoring or prices to reflect

BREAKFAST!!! ☕️!!! Patsy’s Country Kitchen here in San Jacinto Ca is small American business at its best. The Bisquets and Gravy here is next level. In fact it’s the only breakfast restaurant I’ve seen with a menu selection dedicated to “Biscuits and Gravy”. Katie and the girls here at Patsys create a down home country atmosphere that make this establishment a true HIDDEN GEM. Thank you Patsy’s for an amazing breakfast!!!

My husband and I come here every Sunday for breakfast. We love it here. The food is great and the service is usually good. Today is the exception. We arrived at 8am to find it packed with only two waitresses. Poor girls were trying their hardest, only to be yelled at by customer’s and the cooks. There desperately needs to be more waitresses on Sundays. Thank you

Great local place. Homemade comfort food. Only open till 3. They have amazing breakfast. It’s a country kitchen feel. The decor is amazing. The staff is friendly and consistent. Prices are great. They serve big plates so my daughter and I usually share and still take home leftovers. I love that the staff is very personable as well. Definitely a great place to eat

Called today and placed an order for a breakfast sandwich with home fries and a waffle combo with scrambled eggs.
Firstly, the woman that answered the phone and was very rude and short. I can hear her laugh as I was placing the order. Mind you this was my first time ordering anything from their menu. Guess what? If you cannot handle stress maybe you shouldn’t work at a restaurant!
Secondly, the scrambled eggs where flavorless and so where the home fries with no seasoning, not even salt. I paid $32.00 and had to share my food with my roommate since I felt bad. I could’ve had a better meal at McDonalds for $20.00. Considering the fact that this place has good reviews, I would recommend you take your money somewhere else.

The best restaurant (alongside Mia’s) in town! The food is down-home cooking and I usually end up taking half of it home because the portions are big. The staff is very friendly and recognize my family every time we visit. The food is so tasty and I crave it often! Even if Patsy’s is busy, my family and I will wait because we are guaranteed great food every time we eat there. The homemade salsa is also amazing! Thank you Patsy’s for having a great local restaurant we are always happy to eat at.

Stopped in for a Cup of coffee, saw the food being served, smelled the bacon and eggs, sausage, toast. I was Hooked. Had a wonderful breakfast of chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy. Down home style cooking. Endless coffee. Excellent service, friendly staff and great prices. I’ll be back for lunch.

I am a regular customer at Patsy’s/Mia’s Country Kitchen. The food is always good and prepared to my desire and liking. The customer service is always adequate and top rated in my opinion and the waitress really go out of their way to accomplish customer satisfaction. Today I experience a most pleasant visit and service from Patsy’s Restaurant in San Jacinto. My waitress name was Sandra and she did a most outstanding job in serving me and my two sons, This was a day that I can describe as “Attentiveness”. Although I have no complaints over 8 years of being a customer here at Patsy’s, I do however, always observe the attitudes and ability of the servers on duty, whether or not they are serving my table. I am writing this review as a compliment to all employees working during my wonderful visit. The food was great as always and the service to me was on point and without error. I have no negative remarks. From start to finish Sandra was so pleasant as a Waitress. Continuously checking on me and the boys and ensuring that we had everything we thought we needed. What I appreciate the most was her demeanor and tone of voice, which may often go unnoticed, but meant everything to me. Lastly I want to say that I was so elated to witness this attitude and service throughout the restaurant and believe that I speak for everyone there in saying that Patsy’s is one of the best Top Notch quality restaurants in the community and California. I also believe that the reason I am so appreciative and thankful, is because the entire crew impressed me by doing what they have been taught by management. It also appear to me that the motto seems to be, “Make the customer feel special”. So I write all these words, because I truly felt special while dinning at Patsy’s today. Thank you for keeping us; the customer, so pleased and very happy.
