Usually we enjoy the food from this location but today my son and I didn’t eat our food. It was overly spicy and the pinto beans had a weird taste to them. Literally left my whole burrito bowl and he left his burrito. Oh, and they forgot to give us our chips. $33.40 wasted.

Came here to get a bite for lunch and i was satisfied with the overall experience. It was a clean atmosphere for the most part and a kind staff. I was in the store for 20 mins from walking in to walking out with what i want. The line was long but was steady moving and the mobile orders were coming in hot. I understand the wait but still got the food i wanted in a reasonable time and reasonable fashion. Mask are still required supposedly but its not for long hopefully .

Customer service was great but me and my coworkers had an issue with multiple dirty tables and floors. As well as the guacamole having what looks like the core intact we actually ask for another guacamole but it still was the issue in regards to the pulp/core consistency. As people who work nearby and frequent this location at least 3 times a week with a party of 3 ot more you guys drop the ball on this one.

Whoever made the chips on 8/23 keep them on chip duty & however you made them today keep making them like that. EVERY SINGLE CHIPOTLE NEAR HERE chips be sooo stale or under salted. Ordered a kid’s quesadilla meal like I’ve done for years for my picky eater. Although the tray has 3 slots they said I can only choose 2 sides. I got the rice and corn then asked for sour cream on top of the rice. They tried to charge me $1.60 for sour cream. I have been to many locations and have never been shorted like this. I left the food at the register and walked out. I’ll never come to this location again.

I just can’t believe how long we waited here! 1 hour for chipotle? On July 9th, 2021. We ordered at 6:20pm and got our food at 7:30! If that doesn’t make you question there care for the customer and their managment then I don’t know what will. No customer should have to wait 1 hour to receive their food this is not a high tier of a restaurant.
Customers pay for food and quick service to have paid for this order online and receive it 1 hour later is absolutely insulting to my time and money.
I will place this review and no one from chipotle will even attempt to reach out why? Because American is so corporate they don’t care about customer just the money. I wish I could of gotten refunded for such AWFUL service.
