I recently visited Subway and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Mark. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke disrespectfully, acted careless, and his overall attitude made the visit uncomfortable. The way he handled customers was completely unacceptable, and his unnecessary nonsense behavior showed a lack of basic customer service skills.
I hope the management addresses this issue, because experiences like this make it hard for customers to return.

Only 2 servers. They ran out of turkey and meatballs. Meatballs were cold. Staff had no personality. Took FOREVER because again only 2 people working. Way too slow for the amount of money and service.

i stopped to sit down and eat after getting off work, biggest mistake ive made in MONTHS. the woman didnt put cheese on my sandwich and i wasnt paying attention enough and didnt notice until i sat down and took a bite. took it back and she pointed at mayonnaise saying “theres cheese u just cant see it”. i work in a restaurant myself. and have tastebuds. I WOULD TASTE THE CHEESE IF IT WAS ON THERE. didnt even wanna sit down and eat anymore after she made a new one.

No one there.
I drive up here in my travel trailer, went through the difficulty of getting it parked and secure, just to grab a sandwich from here. No one was at the counter. But I saw a young man with Subway attire walking around the building so I stopped him and asked if he could take care of it. He replied “I’m a minor and I’ve been working 4 hours without a break. I haven’t even had 5 minutes without making a sandwich. I’ll be off break in any 30 minutes or so.” I asked if anyone else was scheduled to take care of clients, he said no. So A. I made a stop in a travel trailer for nothing. B. Subway is losing a half hour of revenue because some kid wants to take a break and no one else is scheduled?
Subway-you’ve hit rock bottom.

This is a very bad experience, it says 24 hours open and the old guy was not ready to work. First he said there is no bread and then he said he will make my sandwich after 45 minutes which doesn’t makes sense. As a commercial truck driver I was hungry and just wanted a eat and get back to work. Please my cdl buddy don’t stop at this place to eat. They will never serve you

The Man behind the counter, although said nothing negative or wrong was very grumpy and could tell that he did not like his job, nor did he wanna be there and got a little frustrated when I asked for extra toppings. I have worked in the customer service industry all of my life and I understand we all have bad days but we still need to put a smile on our face and treat people the way we want to be treated.

Today, March 27th, 12:05 pm. Terrible service. Everyone here at Subway is RUDEI I was treated badly for no reason. Even the manager saw the problem and did nothing. I do not recommend this place.
