I gave three stars because the candy cane dip was atrocious. Last time it was delicious. No one touched it at the holiday party. It was just white and too thick and candy cane piece messy on top. They flew every where trying to scoop it out myself since the dip was so hard and the candy cane pieces were too hard also. Last time it was a red shade and the candy cane pieces were grinded in with the dip. Every one loved it…This was not even edible.

I am appalled at the customer service at Philadelphia Pretzels in Somers Point.. purchased a bucket of rivets to get a whole bucket of over cooked burnt pretzels. I called an expressed my disappointed and went back to the store to have them remedy the situation. All the woman would offer is another bucket of over cooked burnt rivets…. I asked for my money back and she refused.. She told me either take the new bucket of over cooked rivets or nothing. This is NOT customer service. You know you over cooked the rivets they should not be dark brown as this leaves a horrible metallic taste when you eat them… I have throughout the years purchased many trays and usually dealt with the man who owns the store or his mother who was always sweet to deal with but the woman I spoke with says she is the sister and her customer service is horrible. Sorry I will not be giving my business to them anymore and letting all my friends and family know to go elsewhere….

What a relief to find such a friendly person behind the counter waiting with warm pretzels. 5 for 4 USD (as shown) and plenty of up close parking near storefront. Thank You for a nice experience. Have a lovely day and the hot pretzels at 10am on a Monday were a real treat!

Stay far away from this location. I understand that it was Super Bowl Sunday, however, stop taking orders if you cannot fulfill them! Showed up for my 2:30pm pick up time and stood in the store with about 50 other people for almost 2 hours. It was after 4:15pm by the time I left. Store WAY over sold and not 1 single order was ready. Never seen anything like this in my life. People yelling, orders being re taken on a hand written list. Complete unprofessional chaos. Once I got home noticed the 2 tubs of cheese we got were super cold. Greedy owners over selling and not fulfilling orders. People coming in while I was there for their 4pm orders were being told they will not receive them.

Such a bad experience.
Got charged for something I did not receive, I was on my lunch break when this happened so I did not have time to go back at that moment, so I called the location, and was treated with rudeness over the phone.
All I wanted to do was speak with the woman who was the cashier. (It’s ran by a wife and husband)
He reused to mend the situation.
He took my number and name and said he would have her call me back when she’s done with the task she was doing.
Never called me back.. I had to call myself..
And then was meant with rudeness again.
The husband had no customer service skill, basically he just felt the need to defend his wife..which makes the point of not going into business with your spouse.
All he wanted to do was defend her mistake
And not fix it.
Will not eat there again.
I don’t suggest anyone eat there because also the hot dogs sit to long and taste disgusting.

I LOVE The Philly Pretzel Factory! Nothing beats their fresh out of the oven pretzels and the Pretzels Dogs are a little slice of heaven. They have something for everyone. Whether you wanna go all out and have a row for yourself (lol) or a mini, or just a few Rivets…it’s all good. The prices are great and they also have bottled beverages. Beyond reasonably priced. Try ’em and you’ll be a “Philly” fan after the 1st bite.

Ordered 6 shamrock pretzels today and the guy working waited for us to get there before putting them in the oven so they would be hot.

I lived less than a block from the first Philly Pretzel Factory in Mayfair! The quality hasn’t been lost with all the franchises. Somers Point store is fantastic!
