I would definitely give it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the nasty attitude hostess. Young Asian woman, very very rude. I almost turned around and left but our daughter had been wanting to go to this place for a while.
Food was just amazing and our waiter was kind, attending and very polite. Fantastic cocktails.
We will definitely go back when visit Tally again and hopefully we won’t have the same experience with another hostess.

Me and my plus one went to il Lusso for Valentine’s Day and the food was THE BOMB! We ordered the Caesar salad to start, Parmesan crusted Veal and Broccolini as our dishes, and we had ice cream for dessert. Everything was spectacular! The only problem was booking because it only allowed reservations for 9:30 PM on Resy on Valentine’s Day but they close at 10:00 PM. So we were rushing to get the food in before the kitchen closed but it still took awhile to come out. I also booked it exactly 30 days from the date when the slot opened and i was unable to book for anything other than 9:30 PM. 8/10 stars otherwise!

I’ve been coming to this place for a long time, and it never disappoints. The food is always great, and the staff are super friendly—especially at the bar. The atmosphere is always a vibe. They also offer valet parking, and the valet staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

My family and I love this restaurant. Since moving from the NYC/NJ/Philly area it has been very difficult to find a really great Italian restaurant-excellent food, service and ambiance. This place has all 3. It’s known as a steakhouse, I feel it’s an Italian restaurant too. The homemade pastas, sauces and appetizers are all Italian inspired and prepared. I feel the pricing is fair too. The portions are decent and the quality is there. If you don’t order anything else the rice (arancini) balls and the housemade pasta are a must.

Atmosphere is upscale & quiet. The waitstaff was terrific! The food was good.
The food (minimal portions & everything is a-la-carte) was delicious but for the price you pay you could feed your family for the week.
FYI: You order a steak and literally you get a steak w/a sprig of rosemary for decor. Not even a smear of anything under the steak, not designer veggie……. Just a steak for &45.00-100.00 depending on steak choice. Any sides are additional ($10.00+ each).
The sides for pasta $15.00+ is smaller than most places appetizers.
So my take is “Know before you go”. You know it’s an upscale “aka” expensive place to eat and be prepared to pay a lot for very little food. The food is great….but you will leave hungry unless you spend more than you anticipated. Keep in mind my husband and I are not big eaters.

I will never be the same. Must work backwards; the dessert from Pastry Chef Allie was sublime- a basil infused baked Alaskan with a white chocolate coated pine nut crust along with rosemary lemon sorbet. Pastas fresh, mains inspired, and service top notch by Chelsea and Morgan. Honestly, the price point favors the client. Don’t know how they do it. But crazy busy but relaxed feel on Monday night; no surprise.

I was so solo, so I sat the bar, the three gentlemen working behind the bar were all excellent and worked fantastic as a team. Stephen helped me the most picking out perfect bourbon and making the best old-fashioned I’ve ever had. I also had the best octopus appetizer I’ve ever had and the best squid seafood pasta I’ve ever had. All the pastas are made in house. They helped me pair my pasta with a beautiful Tenuta Italian wine. Everybody sitting around me was friendly and happy and the place had a really nice vibe. Anytime I’m in Tallahassee will definitely come back here.

Great atmosphere and great vibe! Met a customer for a drink while on a business trip for a drink and then stayed for dinner with my family. We split a few entrees and everything was delicious. They got the baked Alaskan dessert and I opted for the cannoli. I recommend this place!

Anniversary dinner at il Lusso and it was perfect. Portions were just right, the staff was incredibly kind, and Christian was an excellent waiter. Our drinks never went empty. We really appreciated the small anniversary plaque on the table and toasting glasses, many places don’t acknowledge notes like that. So glad we chose il Lusso. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

While visiting the Capitol for some meetings we had an amazing night out at IL Lusso. Stephen and Eli were our primary servers and both did an excellent job catering to our every need. We started with the grilled octopus. After recently having it in Greece we were hopeful it would live up to that experience. It did. It was cooked to perfection! Notice the size of the sides. We mistakenly ordered three sides for two people. We were not prepared for the amount of food they brought! We enjoyed a great steak and Zucchini pasta for our main course. We capped off the night with their seasonal cheesecake special. If you are celebrating something special or looking for a high quality meal make sure to give them a try.
