Sadly this place isn’t half of what it use to be, the food is now inconsistent and the customer service is also inconsistent. This use to be the go-to Mexican food place for me and friends but as of the last 2 months or so, with the change of employees and management, the food is very often over/under seasoned, poorly prepared and the work ethic and overall experience has not been the same. I hope the family realizes and start to run it themselves again, if not this restaurant will most likely continue to be a hit or miss and will continue to lose customers.

Came in for a burrito today thinking it’s Saturday they might have better employees on and actually had my worst experience thus far. The tortilla was cooked unevenly and caused a poorly put together burrito, then she proceeded to add a smaller amount of rice and beans than usual ( I am a frequent customer ) so I asked if there was an extra charge for alittle more, and she nodded her head and said no… so I thanked her and proceeded to add the rest of my toppings. We get to check out and I got charged for extra meat and vegetables when I didn’t get extra meat and only asked for more rice and beans because she didn’t add a proper amount. She then said the pork cost more, I have never been charged extra for pork (this was not noted anywhere) in the two years I have been a customer, only steak… so I was confused and the employee was more confused than I was throughout it all. Sorry to say this is no longer my go to place for to-go Mexican cuisine. I didn’t want to embarrass the young lady who served me so I didn’t ask for a manager and just left.

Worst service I’ve ever had!! Terribly rude employees/managers. (Especially the manager David) Inconsistent food and now prices. I ordered 2 meals and instead got charged for food as single items when they should have charged me for the meal (I believe out if spite!!) and when the order was over $7 what it should have been (the same order I always place and know the price of) the manager said “there is nothing we can do, that’s the price in the computer, we think the owner might have changed it a few days ago in the computer.” I argued that they’re menu board didn’t make the price change and that it was false advertising, and they didn’t care, didn’t say they were sorry, nothing. It’s obvious that this store has no idea what they’re doing. After going there multiple times a week for the last couple months, i will never step foot in there to buy food again. Beware! Spend your money somewhere else like Cluck U, (which is right next door) where they’re friendly, value your business and appreciate the customer!!

Food was good. Tacos are soggy from the cooking oil. I don’t know why the register ask for Tip when this establishment is run as a fast food restaurant. The guacamole was just okay. The spicy nachos we’re just nachos, no spicy. The men’s room was gross with a clogged toilet and no hand soap. The sitting area was clean and large. This place is Not authentic Mexican. Music was good.

Beef in empanadas was way too salty. Chips tasted like old grease. Queso was barely warm. Chicken taco was excellent. Taco salad was very good

I don’t review anything ever, but Holy Guacamole has really great food, great music, awesome service! This is one of the cleanest restaurants in town. I really recommend eating here if you want a freshly made lunch or dinner.

It is horrible. The sauce doesn’t have flavor. It is dirty. The are where they prepare your food has food spilled all over. Definitely not going back. I was a customer for years and this last visit was terrible. I couldn’t eat the food.

The best part was the fresh pressed tortilla for my burrito, but it was downhill from there. Queso and Guac are not worth the extra price tag and salsas were not great. Toppings need a lot of work

Who ever keeps using my name to answer reviews from customers needs to stop immediately! Whether it be Anthony or Alex writing these, you guys better stop! My family and I no longer work at Holy Guacamole and want no affiliation to it what so ever. These are your bad reviews after we left so you deal with it, man up and put your own name!
