I ordered my food on the mobile app and planned to eat inside. I was on my lunch hour and wanted something quick to eat. According to my app my order should have been ready by 12:30. They weren’t busy when I put in my order so I figured it wouldn’t take long. As I was waiting for my order to be ready. 3 more groups of people came in to place there orders plus a doordasher was there to pick up there order so that makes a told of 5 orders but I guess that was to many at once for them. After they took care of the doordash order I assumed I’d be next. I continued to wait patiently the associate who bags the orders was moving very slowly with no motivation which honestly is whatever she told the cashier to stop taking orders. I kept waiting on my order. At about 12:50pm I started to get upset at how long it was taking as I had to be at work by 1pm The customers that came in after me started to get there food. When I said something to the lady about my order and how I had to get back to work. She said we’ll we have big orders we gotta get out of the way 1st and there’s nothing she can do about that ans walked away she finally gave me my food but kind of threw my bag on the counter. I took my food and left but didn’t even eat it because now I was late getting back to work. I get working in customer service isnt easy but never have I seen a place of business skip over small orders who came 1st to make large orders who came after.

I came here on Christmas Eve because they were the only place open. We walked inside and was greeted by a nice lady who explained there was a small wait. We were fine waiting. She came and took our order after sending order after oder out the drive thru window. She was almost out of breath but held composure! She said it would be a little bit so we sat down at a table while we waited. We soon began to realize that they were very short handed and that she and only one other individual was working. In the time we wait we were allowed to see how someone truly cares about people who come in demanding food one Christmas Eve. They got everyone’s order completed. They still greeted everyone with a smile and they were there on Christmas Eve alone working their butts off for all of us….so I truly want to tell you thank you so very much for your service that night! You both did the best job you could’ve possibly done with what you had and all for us on Christmas Eve!
You both should get a raise for handling this restaurant like that and not just walking out when times got tough!

Very disappointed we had cold fries they fixed that then my husband chicken patty was cold all he wanted was a fresh patty instead the manager decided to give us our money back interrupting my meal which I had the taste for things escalated question why didn’t she just give him a fresh unburnt uncold patty I have never this is unprofessional I’ve been in food service for years my husband is a chef. Advice to manager smile fix the order keep the money win win. I would get loud and defensive if someone wicked me out in front of other customers because you don’t want to show CUSTOMER SERVICE how disappointing at a fast food place

Arriving, the inside was underwhelming. Thankfully, the staff who took our order wasn’t rude but seemed like she wanted to get it over with. There was a 7 minute wait to get our food, and when she called the number, she gestured at my brother as if saying “hurry up.” My food was a cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets, Hershey pie, and water. The burger was okay. It’s Burger King. It certainly was more better in a other location. Anyways, the fries were good, they were freshly made and well-salted. Chicken nuggets were mediocre. And, the Hershey pie was good for my first time. It could’ve been colder. Water was good. Only complain from me really is the lack of napkins and no small cups for ketchup.

Did a pick up order, after arriving was told to pull forward and wait. Took them 30 minutes to finally bring out our food and the onion rings were cold AND burnt and we did not received straws or sauce. Go to Wendy’s, go to Taco Bell, but whatever you do don’t go here.

I pull in… its 607pm.. the parking lot is completely dark. No lights of any kind to show they are open. 1st stroke. Then I pull to the speaker and let them know I have a pick up order. They tell me its not ready yet. I say no problem. They then tell me to BACK OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU and park up front to wait for my food since its not done yet. Im not sitting in my car waiting for my food and I can see a male and a female manager at the front counter and 3 people at the counter. Nobody is making or bagging food. Im beyond upset that I was told to back out of the drive thru to wait for my food and im just now getting it 5 min later. Male manager on duty came out with attitude and flung bag at me saying have good night. Like yall cant do better then this? Seriously? This is the villages and I felt like orlando

They have a sign on the drive thru speaker saying their drive thru in inoperable. I parked and went inside and there was noone in sight. I said hello and called out several times… Noone came to the front. There was noone in the kitchen. After about 10 minutes I just gave up and left. The doors should have just been locked bc they basically were closed.

Literally don’t understand how this place stays in business much less earned an additional star online. The staff here is AWAYS RUDE. Today 07/28/2024 we pulled in at 2:27pm and was greeted in the drive through by someone yelling “COME INSIDE”! It’s wasn’t until the third time someone else came over the speaker and said they couldn’t ring us out through the window. I don’t see how this is relevant since I placed an online order. when I did go inside the woman at the counter pushed a button and tossed the receipt. I then had to wait and the food was wrong! Made wrong and the wrong items. The last time I came to this location the card readers weren’t working and before that the whole place smelled of weed. It’s awful and if I could give this a zero I would. UPDATE SAME VISIT !!!!!! They didn’t put in the cookies and when I asked about it they said yeah because we don’t have any. I politely asked if we could get a different dessert given the circumstances and the guy just looked at me for a few seconds and said no!!!!! WTH never ever ever coming back here!!! Literally go any place else. Please save yourself the hassle

I ordered a Whopper combination. Looking at the menu a sandwich only was over $7. For $3 more I can get fries and a drink. Made sense to me to get the combo. I was asked if I wanted medium or large. I went with medium simply because I wasn’t that hungry. My total came to $12 and some change. I thought “how did we get to over $12 when sales tax is 7%…
When I got my receipt I noticed $.49 charge for fries and an additional $.49 for beverage on top of the over $10 for the combination. When I asked the cashier why I was being charged the additional $.98 she said it was for the medium size.
Let me get this straight. She gave me 2 options medium or large. Never said, “did you want to keep it small or upgrade to a medium or large?”
So the point is they’ll manipulate you get an extra dollar not telling you of the additional costs. Typical America
