I had the absolute worst experience at the Waffle House located at 213 Exchange Blvd, Bethlehem, GA 30620. (848 Loganville Hwy, Bethlehem, GA 30620 per google). The night manager and cook, Thomas, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive when I simply asked him to ensure that pork wasn’t on the grill due to dietary restrictions. His exact response was, “I’m not going to do that – I got better things to do.” Yet he has time to watch videos with his phone stuck to the grill!
Completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a management position. Customer service was non-existent, and his attitude was beyond unprofessional. I will never return to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic respect when dining out.
Paid for my order even though I didn’t receive all of my order.
Do better, Waffle House.

I would have given this a 5 star review but there always seems to be a little bit of a disconnect with welcoming guests and immediately taking drink orders. There were about 9 people working right before the shift change and they all just kind of looked at us with a blank stare kind of like they were not sure what to do. It is simple smile, welcome the customer, and take a drink order. Then let the person who is taking over the table know that the order needs to be taken. That way you don’t have to wait 20 minutes to put in an order. Outside of that the food was good. Maybe an opportunity for a little courtesy training.

I had a wonderful breakfast for lunch yesterday! It had to have been the busiest time of the day. All the tables were full. I counted 7 employees all doing their jobs without delay. It was almost like watching a Broadway play. Every employee was on cue and quick with the patrons food and updates. I frequent Waffle House’s from north Georgia to south Florida, and I have never seen a Waffle House run so flawlessly!! Thank you Bethlehem, Georgia employee team members for such an amazing experience!

Very NASTY store! I actually did not eat what I ordered because the server and cook looked like they had been in a sauna and they haven’t bathed. The windows have fingerprints and oily head places the floor had not been swept or mopped in who knows how long! Had to get up 3 times to ask for coffee. Waited 25 mins for food and we we’re one of 2 couples there ??? The to go orders were more important I guess. FIND A DIFFERENT WAFFLE HOUSE or breakfast place!

Been going here for awhile, has definitely fallen off, was given plastic cutlery and to-go cups for dine in? Weak…. food was alright, got the all-star, waffle came out before drinks? Cmon….. costs are to high for this type of service.

My daughter and I ordered and all star special and our food was just amazing! Our waffle was just right, along with our eggs and bacon! The bacon was crispy and delicious and not burnt. My son always orders the Texas bacon patty melt and it usually is burnt and served wrong- but this time it was just right and perfectly cooked! Only at this Waffle House was it just right! Won’t be the last time eating here! Our waiter was the kindest and polite, and we give our thanks to the chef! See you next time! Definitely recommend

My daughter and I stopped in on April 29th I had a hamburger and my daughter had a waffle! Food was delicious and customer service was great! Noah was very friendly served us with a smile. It was him and two more employees working at the time. I told them to keep up the good customer service because that matters when you go places spending your money. Waffle House off 316.
