This is now my second time giving a review for the same location, and it has progressively gotten worse. The food is terrible. I tried ordering here today after not ordering for a while in hopes it would have made a turn around from a prior visit. Boy was I wrong. The pita that I ordered, was so hard and the chicken so dry and tough it was absolutely inedible. The tacos were completely trash, not fresh, nor hot. I was the only person I’m line, I would have had no issue waiting on fresh food had I even been offered that option. Look at the photos, why would you give this to anyone? To make matters worse the person at the drive thru didn’t even offer a recipe, and no on at thus location is answering the phone.

Please fire the individual that works night shift. He is very rude and disrespectful. I came up to the drive through. And I was hello hello. He was like hold on hold on gadamn yelling. I asked him waht was on a number he said cant you see what’s there yelling. Had to take my money somewhere else. This happened Nov 2 by 11:50pm

Tiny tacos!!! The staff here is so friendly. We’ve been annoying them in the drive thru and they tolerate us too well. I read some of the other reviews and I really wish people would be more patient with fast food employees. We usually have to pull up to wait for our order, but it never takes too long and the staff sends us off with a smile. I’ve never seen the drive through line long. I’m thankful for this location. And for tiny tacos.

My wife set in the drive-through for 30 minutes to get a me Meaty burrito and curly fries. Got home. It was an egg burrito with a tiny little piece of sausage in it and no fries.. very disappointing

I asked for a Biscoff shake, they told me the shake machine is not working. I inquired about the Jack in the Box ornament, and I pointed to the picture, and the clerk was very clueless.
I ended up ordering the ultimate cheeseburger combo. Went to the machine to get my soda, and the ice machine wasn’t working. So I had to get the cart to fill my cup with ice. I went back to the soda machine to get the soda with my cup of ice, and it turns out that the soda part is not working either.
I only came here for a shake, knowing you would fill me up, but instead I had to get the combo since I hadn’t eaten. The clerks seemed a bit dismissive on everything, more concerned with their Red Bull drinks.
When I was nearing the bottom of the fries, I found someone’s dark eyebrow in it.

Came just to order some curly fries and employee Said they were closed at 11:45pm. Well the website says it’s 24 hours how are you closed. Horrible customer service. Lazy employees. Do better!!!

We came in today for our lunch break and had probably the poorest experience in a Jack in the Box ever. There was no one to greet us or take our order. All the lady’s in the kitchen just looked at us standing at the counter for almost 10 mins. When someone finally came to take our order it was very difficult to place our order. Seems as if she was unfamiliar with the menu or specials. I amlost had to come over the counter and touch the picture of what I wanted. Once she figured out what I wanted I realized she didn’t know how to use the cash register. She yelled for help I believe in Spanish then walked to the drivethru register and came back with a total. She then proceeded to take my bank card completely out of my view around the corner to the drivethru register. I also believe she tricked me into getting a medium combo by saying they only had medium or large. Once I paid I proceeded to get my drink. The freestyle coke machine which was in desperate need of a wipe down or cleaning only had 2 flavorsor drinks. I am not a fan of Mellow Yellow or Caffeine free coke so I waved down an employee and asked if they could help me with a dr pepper. They walked behind the counter with my cup and came back to say they were out. The employee then yelled for I believe a manager in a red shkrt out of her office. She met us at the counter and appeared bothered that she had to leave her office. She then walked away to fix the freestyle machine. I just wanted a dr pepper since my food was already on the counter getting cold. Went she returned she had about 12 or so cartridges for the coke machine and said it was gonna take awhile. We could tell she was having unaware of how to replace cartridges in the coke machine. I then asked for a refund cause both my food was cold and I could not wait any longer to get the drink I paid for. My lunch breaks are timed and I do not have the time to put up with unprofessional, untrained staff laziness. If the machine was out of one maybe 2 flavor I could understand but the machine was bare and only had 2 flavors available. By this time the employee in the red shirt was visibly irritated and made it very clear to me when she very rudely and almost relieved told me she would be glad to refund me my money. She stormed passed me to get to the register and said aloud to another employee in Spanish “que se vallan a la verga” she then demanded I give her my recipet. She snatched it then tried to throw my money at me but I insisted that she count it out. She then refused to give me back my recipet so I could take the survey. And infront of customers pushed the food I gave her back toward me saying “you can have the food or you throw it away” as if I was complaining to get a free meal. I never said I wanted anything free I only wanted the drink I paid for in a timely manner. Thankfully my coworker was with me and witnessed the whole ordeal and kept his recipet for me to reference.
