The shaved ice is amazing but the attitude of the young staff is disgusting. That’s what happens when you hire literal children to operate your business for you, big mistake. You will lose a ton of business at the hand of your incompetent employees that love to give dirty looks and roll their eyes at paying customers.

I arrived at 9:20 pm on Thursday 12/18. I walked inside and waited for someone to take my order for almost 10 mins. They were focusing on togo orders which i understand. I finally order, i sit to eat my ice cream i waited for, then the young lady proceeds to tell my wife and i oh the dining room is closed can you guys get up an eat outside. Keep in mind we were in the middle of eating and THE SIGN IN THE DOOR SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 10PM. Normally this location is good put this was a disappointing visit, not sure if we will return to this location. @Jeremiah

We normally come here once a week if not more and the last time we came after Christmas shopping and as we were eating our ice cream one of the girls came out and told us to sit outside they were closing. We checked the hours and we still had 30+ mins before closing … We were very upset as it was raining and even tho there was seats outside most of them were wet. The employees wanted to mop and clean over a paying customer… Multiple people came after us and tried to go into and the doors were locked … It ruined our night after dinner.

Love Jeremiah’s Italian ice. Nice clean new store in Orange City Florida. Staff was nice. I got pineapple water ice and chocolate ice cream and it was outstanding. Love the outdoor seating miss the drive-thru from at the other locations. Kids really enjoy themselves enjoy the music immensely.

Honestly all my reviews usually show the product but when we goto Jeremiah’s it’s so good I can’t wait to eat it lol but hands down the best place for a ice cream snack and they are dog friendly always giving my dog a free pup cup whenever I ask

I’ve been going to other Jeremiah’s Italian Ice location since I was a kid and I’ve always loved it as an adults. I’ve had the privilege to visit a couple of locations the experience, though always very similar as always a good one and the ice cream is always amazing. Thisss location on the other hand though it has been nice a few times I’ve been I recommend one thing if your ice cream taste weird say something.
I treated myself to a basic chocolate ice cream, which was served us fairly quickly, one bite and I could taste, that there was something off about it. My friend tasted it, and agreed with me that there was something wrong. I thought it might’ve just been me, but my friend being the godsends, she is took it back and explained our issue. She was met with a few confused looks as the employees tried to figure out amongst themselves who had changed the machine last and then a nonchalant “oh it’s expired”
They did give us a new one but honestly I couldn’t stomach it at that point so just remember IF IT TASTES LIKE A SOUR COW SAY SOMETHING
