Having done executive coaching for leaders at this company, I know they would be qualified to see how dirty the places. I hope they get their act together..

EDIT: I reached out to Chipotle as a whole and sent them a photo of this burrito and they added a free entrée onto my account because they were disappointed in how small it is… Genuinely take that into consideration. This is the second time that I’ve come here and I accidentally ordered a burrito, I’ve worked at Chipotle . I know how easy it is to put what I wanted in a bowl she refuse to give me any more meat, even though I was willing to give the burrito back, not to mention, the burrito is smaller than my hand. This is extremely disappointing, considering how much you have to spend when getting chipotle, and considering that I’ve been behind the counter and know how it works.

This is a great Chipotle location. They give the solid chipotle you want(good flavors, taste, texture and macros), while providing a spacious, comfortable and cool store. Workers are chill and get the job done. There’s also music playing which adds to the vibes. I wish Chipotle would make it so employees shake the bowls for you to mix up your bowl if you ask.

The young man that worked tonight was sooooo kind and so hardworking. He totally brought a positive vibe to the entire place. Everyone he served was happy including me. He went above and beyond to put a smile on my kids face too. And the food quality was the best I’ve had at a Chipotle.

We.loved the Burrito and Burrito bowls with the smoke brisket, but the chips where too much oily and salty, more than usual and we didn’t like them.
The restaurant though was very dirty. The floor was full of dirt, open bags everywhere and stains, which ruined the experience.
The tables weren’t very clean as well and it was hard to feel comfortable eating there, so eventually we decided to order take away.

I recently ordered from this location near University of Washington, and I’m disgusted to report I found multiple pieces of plastic wrap cooked into my food. This is a serious food safety issue, and it’s made me extremely wary of eating here again.
I contacted the customer service department immediately with photos and a request for an investigation and refund. Their lack of response is incredibly concerning. It shows a blatant disregard for customer safety and makes me question their overall kitchen practices.
Students and everyone else, be warned! Until this restaurant takes food safety seriously, I cannot recommend eating here. If you value your health, I suggest finding somewhere else for your meals.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Chipotle was truly disappointing. I waited in line for 15 minutes with only a few people ahead of me, only to be told that the freshly cooked chicken I saw was reserved exclusively for online orders. As a walk-in customer, that meant I couldn’t get the protein I wanted, even though it was right there. A heads-up before waiting would have saved me time as I could have ordered online from the start. Instead, I had to place an online order anyway since the only option available in-store was pork, which I can’t eat. The order was estimated at 10 minutes but ended up taking another 15.
To make matters worse, the dining area was dirty, with tables and floors left unclean. Chipotle needs to prioritize the customers standing in front of them, not just those ordering through an app. For a chain I’ve visited often, this location was a truly disappointing experience.
