My waitress tonight was less than ideal. I believe her name was Taylor… she seemed like she DID NOT wanna be there. It honestly made me not wanna be there because of how dis-satisfied she looked. She was not attentive or communicative. Her attitude was very poor. I love rivers and have frequented this place but this is the first time I’ve seen her. I will now come to riversbend and make sure she is NOT my waitress.

If you like burgers, then you will LOVE Riversbend Bar & Grill.
My husband and I have been here 4 times and never been disappointed with the food.
Burgers are done to perfection and we have never experienced a wait on the service or food. I hafta say that the waffle fries are excellent and the onion rings…..omg good.
If I could rate Riversbend a six star I would because of their long happy hour service on the weekdays!
Very busy on Saturday afternoons as they have digital pig races (fun) and bingo. If you like pull tabbing, this is your place too!

First and last time at this establishment. Met some people for bar bingo and the waitress (Taylor) and food runner were rude, condescending. Were not offered refills, forgot several items and acted as we were a nuisance when we asked for anything. If you can’t have the basic people skills to communicate, you shouldn’t be the face of the business with guests. Food was average, ridiculous charge of a dollar for a side of mayo. Yelp a 2.7 rating.

Why the grilled club sandwich is not listed below to select as a favorite is beyond me. I have yet to have an undesirable meal, food is fantastic! All staff are friendly. Highly recommend for a lunch location since service is pretty quick.

Come on in with your family. Our servers dont give a shit if they take 15 minutes to come over the first time and then take 30 minutes to come over again after that. Payed my bill for drinks and left. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Held our Fantasy Football Draft in their private back room yesterday. Great experience, great service, and great room! Lots of space, big screen TVs and even a really cool golf simulator! Highly reccomend this space for gatherings and meetings!! Staff was very helpful, will deffinitely go back!!
